18 The Apocalypse and the Lizardmen

Souei never left the Lizardmen's territory, he has been in the shadows all along, witnessing the foolishness that just happened.

'This guy...he will lead his people to destruction...' He commented while eyeing Gaberu making a speech to his people about them being a superior race.

'...I should inform master first.' Souei used telepathy to speak to Acnologia.

{Master, a Lizardmen Gaberu has started a revolution. He is about to confront the Orcs soon.}

{... Revolution? In this situation?} Even for Acnologia that was stupid.

{Yes, Your orders?}

{Leave them be, it is their internal struggle.} Acnologia responded. He may have been tasked with protecting the Lizardmen, but he won't trouble himself with their stupidity.

{As you wish...However, one Lizardman is heading towards you and leaving the Village, it must be the chief's daughter.} Souei informed. He then noticed the chief fighting an Orc.

At that moment, Souei felt the call being cut, He looked at the chief struggling and had a decision to make. But it didn't take him a lot of time to decide.

Souei in Shadow step appeared between the Chief and the Orc with the long arms and twins swords.

Black chains came out from the ground "You have had enough fun." Souei said to the trembling Orc whose body was losing weight and power by the second.

"Now die. [Kiss of the Apocalypse]." The Orc's body turned to dust in a moment.

"A..uh...S-Souei-dono." the chief who fell to the ground from shock tried to speak.

Souei looked at the chief "This action is for my master, your death will not do him any harm, however, your life will benefit him greatly." Speaking coldly and with no care to what the old Lizard is thinking, Souei started sinking into his shadow again.

"...S-Such terrifying power!!" The Chief mumbled "And this man has a master?!"

Unaware of what is going on, Gaberu started his assault against the Orc army using the water maze to their advantage.

For a long duration of the fight, the Lizardmen had the upper hand and a lot of Orc bodies fell down.

However, Gaberu started having a bad feeling when he saw the Orcs eat their kin. A scary scene that made him flinch for a moment.

And that feeling grow by the second as more Lizardmen started falling to the Orcs.

The Orcs were adapting, they started to move around more easily with their new flapped toes.

The tides of battle were changing.

A bit away from the Village, one female Lizardman was running through the trees in hurry, not caring for her chasers. 3 Orcs were running after her with drool dropping their mouths.

"I have to make it! No matter what! As long as I call for help!" She shouted while running away, out of breath, muscles out of gas, and no more power to muster out, however, she has to make it.

But then she fell down, unable to move, all of her strength has left her body.

"Finally out of breath?" The Orcs caught up to her with a huge grin and smiled.

"I have been dying to have some Lizardmen meat for a while now!!"

"Khahaha!!We shall rip her out to pieces and we can enjoy all the meat!!"

They spoke such words in front of their victim.

"What a boring way to eat." Out of nowhere, a voice that belonged to no one from this group came out, surprising them all.

However that voice wasn't trying to hide it self, so they all looked up at the tree to see one young beautiful looking female creature with long Cyan hair and golden eyes.

"Who are you!!" One of the Orcs shouted.

"Me? I'm Rimuru. I am just a harmless slime." Rimuru jumped off the tree and said.

"Slime...?" The Orcs mumbled, they Suddenly got the wrong idea. But before they can act on it. They felt multiple terrifying glares at them, from shadows behind the trees, they could see Red gazes directed at them, Blue lines and shapes glowed to add to the demonic scene.

The female Lizardman was more than shocked, she a moment away from passing out.

"I believe that this person here is our guest, so could you leave her alone?" Rimuru said, bringing everyone out of their trance.

"W-what bullshit are spouting?!" The leading Orc shouted "A mere Slime speaking to us Orcs, we eat your kind as a dessert!!" He took out his swords ready to kill.

"Wrong answer!" Rimuru said, from behind him came a purple ray of death that burned away everything in it's path.

The 3 Orcs that once stood tall are no longer there, no blood, no bones, no ash.

From behind Rimuru, Acnologia, Benimaru, Shion, Ranga, and the Goblins came out.

"...This one is the one that left the Village?" Acnologia asked.

"Clearly." Rimuru throw a slime ball at her that exploded and healed the exhausted Lizardman Washing away all her tiredness.

"What are you doing here?" Acnologia asked.

The Lizardwomen looked at Acnologia and she felt the same energy from Souei, but stronger and more suffocating "A-Are you Acnologia-dono?!!" She asked/shouted.

"Yes."

At that moment, hope returned to the little female's eyes, she immediately hit her head on the ground"I beg you! Save our people! Brother doesn't realize what he is doing, he will lead our people to death, I beg of you, help us!!"

Acnologia nodded "...That was the plan." He paused for a second then spoke making Rimuru look at him. the lizardwoman was thrilled.

"Thank you very much! The Lizardmen will never forget this!!" She said with tears in her eyes.

Rimuru neared him and whispered "Why do I feel like if this was not to repay the debt from the Dryads you would have demanded something in return for the help."

Acnologia took Rimuru under his shoulder and said "My little sister..."

"Don't call me a sister?!"

"... Nothing in this life comes for free, we are not a non profit organization, we have many Monsters under us, who will risk their lives today for the Lizardmen, it is our duty to make their troubles worth it." Acnologia pinched Rimuru's nose.

"Nghngnnn!" Rimuru struggled to free his nose, although he doesn't need it to breath, he still wants it back.

Acnologia smiled and ruffled Rimuru's hair before turning to everyone else "Everyone!! We are about to go to battle now, stay together and follow your orders, Benimaru is in Charge...Today we will destroy some Orcs!!"

"Yeaaah!!!" Everyone from the village raised their weapons for a battle cry.

"That speech sounded like something a tyrant would say before invading another nation." Rimuru commented behind Acnologia.

With a raised hand, Acnologia grunted "Don't sweat the details."
