Accidental Transmigration to Another world

*Thaaaaaaaannnnnng* Such a metallic clanging sound was heard the moment Mino collided into the lamp post, smack dab. The violent collision was enough to leave a dent in the post while Mino was sent sprawling backwards. "Ah shit... this is not gonna end well..." A splitting pain in the forehead greeted him. He realised he was bleeding profusely. "Damn... I need help... and quick...." As he was lying down, helpless, a person came forward. Before Mino lost consciousness, he heard a few words accompanied by a warm gentle feel on his forehead. "[Light Conjuration] Heal".... Mino didn't know who saved him or how he was saved, but he knew one thing. The one who healed him definitely didn't belong to earth. And there were more people like him present. Just after that incident, more bizarre happenings started to pop up. All of them had one thing in common. The events were caused by them. Just who are they? And for what reason are they here? Apparently, all of them were not united. Mino got himself and his friends caught up in their enmity, and in an attempt to save his and his friends' lives, got themselves transmigrated to another world. Thus began their journey in the alternate world, to find out a way to home, and the truth of those strange people.

The mission

"Of course it's related to your mission."

"What's the mission?" Mino knew he was doomed. So he tried to atleast act tough by making a stoic face.

"Pretty simple, retrieve the scroll and give it to me. My Mana meridians were destroyed by the fucking bitch, but I'm sure I would be able to activate the scroll with the little amount of Mana I have."

Mino was looking at the woman with a blank face, his mind in disarray. He didn't comprehend most of her words, but the noly sentence he understood hurt his head as he realised what she was trying to say.

"And how do I retrieve that scroll?"

"Simple. The scroll contains Spatial Ervass. Storing it in <spatial storage> might affect the Ervass, so she definitely won't take risks and would keep it with her on her body all time long. You have to basically force her to drop the scroll and have to escape and deliver it to me."

Mino inwardly felt like cursing Wanderer1 till his tongue came off. The mission was too difficult!

Then he thought, [Well, I would die either way...]

"You may come off clean in front of her. She's magnanimous, so she may consider you to be manipulated and decide to spare you, unlike me who's ready to kill you anytime." Wanderer1 declared, raising her dagger. It was still red with fresh blood clinging to it.

"Where is she now?" Mino decided to accept the quest. He had no other choice. Maybe revealing everything and saying that his life was taken hostage would get him off the hook, on the event he stole the scroll. He had to give it a try.

"Most probably in that Reinard's house."

Mino nodded, then prepared to ask something.

"I have something to ask."

"Keep it short."

"How did you know where they are?"

"Even though I'm an assassin, my tracking skill is heads and shoulders above my other subpar ones. Even stealth, supposed to me speciality, isn't as good as my tracking."

"Won't their enemies track them too?"

"I'm sure they try to track them too. And they also might have been successful in it, just waiting for the perfect opportunity..."

"Where will you be waiting to receive the scroll if I manage to get it? I can't navigate through this place again."

"At Roban's grocery shop."

She smirked while Mino felt disgusted.

[This fucker... just what else did she find out about me...]

"One thing."

His attention was refocused on Wanderer1's words.

"Don't reveal the presence of the corpse except to her allies."

"I understand."

"Be successful, your life is on the line. Follow me, I'll lead you out of the alleys."

Mino started following the woman while wondering how to save his own head.

Now, how will Mino complete the impossible mission?
