Chapter 8- Enraged Goddess

"Ok, that's enough now you mortals should now pay attention to my words." Goddess spoke angirly clearly losing her calm listening to the insults of sports students.

"I will say it again. The one who stands infront of you is Goddess Rapheine, the goddess of reincarnation." Goddess spoke proudly and introduced herself.

"I have summoned you guys to have a chance in becoming heroes and venture into another world." Goddess continued her speech.

"C..Chance" A student spoke trembling.

"A chance you say, but you can also directly provide us those cheat skills. Didn't you?" Bucky complained to her.

'Cheat skills'

"Are you talking about those awesome skills who those heroes get in the novels i had read." One students spoke remembering his thoughts.

"Yes, those skills doesn't make sense, if we can get them then we will be overpowered." Another student who was a otaku explained us about these cheats.

"Damn, we really had forgot those cheats." One student spoke in frustration.

"How could we forgot about these cheat skills." Yamada spoke loudly.

"Captain is right, If you want us to fight for becoming the heroes then give us those cheat skills." Another sport student demanded those skills from the goddess.

"Maybe I can give you divine skills or those best cheat skills you spoke but it requires divinity to provide you them and I just had used up about half of the devinity in summoning both of the class." Goddess said with a smile.

"Half of the devinity, it means you had still half left don't you. Can you use them on us goddess sama." Masaki kirigashima spoke requesting to goddess with respect.

"Why do you think i will give you those divine skills to you lowly mortals using my half of the left divinity? Goddess spoke again slyly.

"No! You have to use them on us." Bucky tried to order her again.

"Are you ordering me puny mortal? How dare you? Goddess spoke now fully enraged lost her patience.

"Yes we are ordering you. You have to give us those cheat skills or else" Bucky spoke his voice filled with arrogance and greed.

"If i don't then what can you do puny mortal." Goddess asked him eying carefully.

"If you don't give us those skills then i will...." Bucky started to spoke then suddenly he stopped speaking.

"I will what, speak mortal." Goddess asked again with a enraged face.

"I will kill myself here, surely you need me to whatever purpose you had summoned me." Bucky spoke, his thoughts filled with conviction.

Goddess became silent and her face became expression less and she spoke with a calm voice,

"Then, Die mortal"

"I..I will really die" Bucky spoke trembling.

"Die" Goddess spoke as a blunt blade was materialised just beside him in thin air.

"You you..." Bucky tried to spoke pointing at her, trembling his hands.

"What you? Die! Why don't you die?" Goddess again told him to die.

"You are clearly bluffing, surely you need me." Bucky spoke tried to judge her face again.

"Kill yourself." Goddess spoke unwavered with his threat.

"Stop your bluffing, it will not affect me." Bucky really as he thought that she was just bluffing.

"Do you think i am bluffing? Why do i care whether you live or die?" Goddess said to him with the same expressionless face.

"You need us don't you then, leave him alone." His friends tried to support him.

"Who are you puny mortal to suggest me." Goddess spoke looking down on them.

"You can't talk to our captain like this" A muscle headed friend of Bucky spoke angirly.

He lifted his baseball bat and ran forward to swing the bat on her.

He charged towards the goddess recklessly.

Just when he moved some steps forward, goddess spoke.

"Kneel"

A mystic pressure descended only on that student who charged at her which pressure can we feel from this distance.

He tried to resist it but can't even move from his spot.

"Kneel" Goddess spoke again with emotionless voice.

Gravity increased twice compared to the amount of earth surface release always.

His body bent as he had to kneel on the spot to support his body.

His blood vessels broadened, his tendons burst out, he fell directly on the floor.

"Aaaggghhh...."

He cried out misreably on the ground with pain filled voice and started coughing out blood from his mouth.

As every one listened his miserable cries. Every one face became stiff and their body tembled watching him kneel and coughing out blood.

"Leave him alone" Bucky spoke leaving his hesitation courageously.

"And If i don't" Goddess spoke mocking him.

Bucky's teammates support him but no one from class 'j 12' spoke including Masaki and Selina.

"Class 'j 12' speak something." Bucky tried to gain support with us.

"Goddess sama if you don't free him then we also will not become the heroes for your people as you spoke." A student believed his words and tried to pressure goddess.

"Yes we are humans, why should we follow such cruel goddess." Other mob students also raised their voice slowly.

"When did i ask you to follow me?" Goddess thought and speak with a cold voice.

"Goddess sama, you are benevolent please forgive them.

Please Goddess sama please show merc—" Suzune and Ayaka both tried to plead on their behalf but Helix blocked their mouth from speaking any further.

Helix was standing just few steps behind them previously.

"Who?" Both turned behind and looked at who stopped them from speaking any further.

Suzune removed his hand forcefully from her mouth.

"What happened?" Suzune asked helix questioning him and Asuna also looked at him silently.

'Silence' Helix didn't speak but look of his eyes and seriousness alerted them.

He signaled them to don't speak shaking his head in denial.

"Why? She is clearly tormenting him? We should speak for him." Suzune spoke but helix instantly again put his hand on her mouth again and closed it forcefully.

They tried to resist but this time he still didn't remove his hand.

"Wait a little, believe me." Helix put his head between them and spoke closely in their ears.

They nodded in understanding and calmed themselves.

Every one looked at him with bewildered face and some begin pointing fingers at him for stopping them from speaking.

But Bucky spoke again enraged pointed at me.

"Thank you guys for supporting me or them who didn't, i will take care of you guys later?

And you goddess, i will not forgive you for what you have done to my friend."

Listening to his bold words, goddess started laughing out loud madly.

"Ha. ha.. hahhahahhhaaa.."

"Forgive me. You will forgive me." Goddess spoke trying to stop her laughter but can't stop.

"Nice joke you had said. But wait i will not waste more of your guys time." Goddess spoke with a sly smirk on her face.

She just pointed her finger at the unconscious boy who fell coughing blood before.

His body got healed completely but still he remained unconscious.

"why did she suddenly calmed down?"

"That smile, Guys I suddenly had a very bad felling about this."

"Like i said before, Only 18 people were going to summoned in the another world.

You guys can't decide who is going to be summoned or who is going to die.

So, i have decided to arrange a fair competition for your survival. This will decide who is going to be summoned in next world as heroes.
