The right choice

Kalyan is 16 years old now.His primary education was completed at his family's school.His father enrolled him in a residential college.He's packing his belongings in preparation for his departure. Jaya folds his clothing, wraps the delectable food, his favourite books, and everything else. He doesn't mind if he has to leave behind all of his childhood memories and his lovely home.He examines all of his toys, touches the bungalow walls that had previously stopped him, and examines his cars.

His favourite location is a circular semi-shaded space on the bungalow's terrace, which is built-in with cages, the walls are decorated with beautiful tribal art, and the ceiling is arranged for all the birds to come in and eat. Kalyan spent some time in this room every day, and it witnessed his pain and frustration. Before leaving the bungalow and saying his goodbyes, he pays a visit to his favourite place.

In disbelief, he enters the college, where he is hosted by his uncle Sundar, despite his request that his parents not accompany him.

Sunder inquires about the joining procedures, the hostel, and the food at the front desk.

Three times a day, delectable meals and continental snacks are served. Although cell phones are not permitted inside the hostel, students can communicate with their parents through the hostel landline on weekends. Inside the campus, most well-known people hold regular activities.

Sunder, his uncle, bids him farewell and leaves.

Kalyan went inside, where a group of students had already gathered. Rajesh, Kalyan's schoolmate, arrives and introduces himself to everyone as Syam, Sidhu, and Lokesh. "College days are most memorable to everyone; we should enjoy every movement and rest is next". Rajesh said while shaking his hand.

As he unpacked his things, Sidhu said, "I want to travel around the world, but dad said you have to finish your studies."

"I want to enjoy my studies as much as possible while also passing my exams," he said.

"Let me see what I can do in this college," Kalyan says. "Dad tells family reputation, mom tells life values, you tell enjoyment."

"I was the best in my class, athletics, and even extracurricular activities.

All of my studies were funded entirely by scholarships," Syam boasted.

Rajesh says, "Let's see if we can get first place even in college."

Syam frets, "Yes, I will be the topper even in my college, mark my words."

"What if you don't get to the top of your class in college?" Kalyan is on a mission to find out more.

Sidhu laughs as he says, "Nothing will happen."

"I will undoubtedly be topper," Syam declares aloud.

"Certainly!!" Sidhu tells.

Meanwhile, the dinner bell rang, and all students were summoned to eat.

Kalyan starts college the next day.

Students are divided into sections based on their academic achievements; Kalyan and his roommates are in the same section and, with the exception of Syam, arrive at class with vigour.

Syam appears calm on the outside, but is afraid by his own thoughts.

A giant personality with horrifying face come to the class, he is the class in charge, Kalyan joined in BiPC (Biology, Physics, Chemistry) group and the class incharge Ramana is a biology lecturer.

"Biology is a high-scoring subject that accounts for half of all entrance exams; biology information is essential for Bipc community students, since it is the core of your course."

His terrifying eyes are a scarlet hue.

"I'm not sure how you guys do it; you have to get the best grades in my subject to get into prestigious universities.

Students who do not receive sufficient marks in biology have a lower chance of passing the entrance exam.

A fool learns from his mistakes, but a true genius avoids making them in the first place."

In the induction session, he issues order.

The students are terrified by the physics, chemistry, English, and Sanskrit lectures, which are delivered one after the other during the induction.

Now Kalyan is torn between ideals, family prestige, happiness, and grades.
