Life purpose

Sudha, her parents' only child for whom she is everything, desires to be the best, is overconfident in her academic ability. She has strong memorization skills and is confident in her performance in the entrance examinations. Due to the lack of attention paid to the entrance, she would simply memories what was written in her notebooks and would forget it within three days. Overconfidence distracted her to devote herself to her studies. Days that were spent with little effort finally yielded results by affecting her inner emotions.

She was the top student in her class. Her luck has been on her side at times; exams have been canceled, exam papers have been made simple for her, and her confidence has progressively grown. She was unable to comprehend reality due to her imaginary powers. Because she has received everything she has desired up until this point, she is highly confident in her ability to pass the entrance examinations.

She loves to dance and sing songs with passion, but she put everything on hold to pursue her dream of becoming a doctor, and she tells herself that she is no longer a dancer or a singer. Her house is in a festival celebration while she is mentally preparing herself for the next set of upcoming tasks.

The results of the admission exams invalidate every assumption; she did not pass the exams! The earth breaks into two halves immediately beneath her feet, and her lovely face is full of embracement. She is unable to reveal her face to the people waiting in her home lobby to hear the good news from her. She thinks all the people in her house are discussing her rank in the entrance exam. Their instanced looks insisted she quickly move out of their sight.

What would people think of her? Will they think she has been pretending to have talent, that all of her accomplishments are really a result of luck? They will not treat her with the same respect she has received in the fast, and she will miss the pride looks from everyone. Every notion pressed down on her and made her feel isolated. She can't seem to get rid of the pressure, which is even interfering with her parents' treasured love. Her nagging sentiments keep her confined and suffocated in that circumstance. Coming out of this period is quite difficult for her.

She was bullied as a child, and having negative self-talk was her comfort zone; changing it is difficult for her. She not only feels suicidal, but she also has suicidal thoughts. The cravings didn't go away since she loved her family so much and didn't act on them (at least not totally).

Kalyan and his buddies arrive at Sudha's house. Her home has no longer hosting any relatives visiting now, the house is cleaner and neater than before. All of them are into Sudha's room sooner. Kalyan noticed that the musical instruments which were there previously are missing now.

"Hey, where's your keyboard and guitar?" I traveled a long distance to see them." Kalyan wishes to chill out of the situation.

"don't need of them anymore, those days are gone" Sudha utters.

"Do you think medicine score is the end of this world?" Kalyan says.

"My parents always wanted me to become a doctor, and they told me about many situations that showed them how important a doctor's role in society is. They have developed an environment in which I have been encouraged to pursue a career as a doctor since I was a child. When I announced I want to be a doctor, everyone looked at me with pride. People complimented me on my board test results. I'm worried about whether I'll have the same pride in the future.

People praised me for my scores in the previous board exams. After this downfall, I am scared whether I will get the same pride in the future or not" Sudha reveals her inner emotion.

"Do you think about your parents' honor, society, or the potentials that as a result of this incident, or you won't be treated with the same respect by others?" Kalyan has a doubt.

"Yes, of course, I am scared of how people around me are going to treat me from now" Sudha

"If they admire Sudha because she gets a flawless score on all of her board exams, it isn't true respect; it would vanish at the first sign of movement. You don't have to worry about the individuals who congratulate you on your success and mock you when you fail. Every setback masks a milestone, and life is a rollercoaster. Both failure and success are yours; all you have to do is prepare yourself to accept them in the same way." Kalyan

"Now that I'm on my way down, who will ensure my success? Will I succeed if I pursue my actual passion?" Sudha.

"I can't promise you success, but I can promise you happiness." Kalyan has a lot of faith in her.

By confronting her negative beliefs and employing positive self-talk therapy, she is able to change her negative thinking habit (she learned these things by reading about mental health books). Whenever the thought of suicide entered her mind, she would convince herself, "No sweetie, your existence has a purpose."

It isn't always effective; this therapy isn't magical; it requires time and effort. She tries and tries again. There will be days when nothing will work and everything will be fine. However, she continues to use this therapy. She also tried to engage herself in things she likes to do or that are productive, like reading, playing guitar, dancing and singing.
