19 Chapter 18

"You twisted fairy fuck."

Kakine laughed as he coughed out blood "I prepared her just for you. Great isn't it? Your reflection didn't even register her as a threat."

Accelerator smacked the perpetrator back only to see a Misaka looking sister. It wasn't exactly the same, he could recognise the difference but it still infuriated him.

He quickly got rid of the fake as it smashed into pieces of metal and junk.

Kakine had recovered enough as he stood up while laughing. Accelerator glared at him as hundreds of black wings sprouted from behind as purple lightning crackled between each wing as a low primal guttural growl escaped from the white monster.

"You closed the exit on yourself. It's a one way road to hell for you. I'll see you there."

"Kekeheheh"

Accelerator stopped looking to the sky as his bloodthirsty gaze rested on Kakine whom flinched remembering what had happened last time. Accelerator raised his hand as he increased the magnitude of the gravitational force in the 10 meter radius for Kakine as he sunk into the ground.

The hundreds of black wings rained down on Kakine as they slowly tore and ripped him apart. Despite all the pain, Kakine refused to give up easily as he was still attempting to reverse calculate and crack the formula for Accelerator.

"Screw you #1!"

Everyone in Chaldea watched as the black wings slowly tore him apart piece by piece as soon all that was left was a torso with a head attached. Even that was cut off as the black wings changed their forms as it became blunt. They rained down hammers on the defenceless Kakine who was now a bloody pulp.

The white monster had not quelled his rage as the black wings kept pummelling the blood stains. He was not out of control, no this was a controlled and resentful fury. He stood up as he witnessed the destruction that had been caused by the fight between him and Kakine.

Cracks littered the ground as if they would consume all living beings. Mountains and caves were destroyed. Trees ripped up from their roots.

Accelerator looked at his stomach wounds as black feathers fell from the wings to reveal white ones instead. The small glowing light slowly healed his wounds as he got up before glaring at the space from which the Chaldea group was looking at. "Oi hurry up and send me back or I'll make you."

Romani yelped before muttering something about binging Magi Mari.

Accelerator got out of the coffin with a bad mood as the white monster slowly walked himself to his room.

A text message came through that made the white monster smile. A small image of Last Order with the two hags was sent through along with one showing the Misaka sisters and their drama.

[This will be your reward after this mission.]

[I pray that you don't try operation handcuffs. I had to wind time back just to the point after you became chairman. You better not disappoint them you hear?]

Accelerator chuckled before whispering "At least working for you is better than those damn higher ups before. At least I'm trying to redeem myself even though I know it's hopeless."

"Tch, even now I declare myself the strongest just for that child."

Accelerator glared at Romani "This is the last one right?" Roman gulped, "You see there is a complication." Accelerator glared at him "Complication?" Romani swallowed his fear as he looked at the white monster in his eyes. Green met red as the crimson orbs threatened to destroy his very existence.

"The singularity was destroyed and replaced with a different one."

Accelerator grit his teeth "Where is the damn singularity then. Get to the point before I force it out of you."

Romani looked at Accelerator "I think it's clear about you. You can't hide it anymore, no one's stupid enough to not realise it. Especially after the fight with that Kakine person."

Accelerator glared at the staff and people around him "So what. I'm simply doing my job nothing more nothing less."

Romani sighed "The singularity is located at a place or rather city called Academy City located in a parallel world."

Accelerator froze.

Romani sighed "My guess was spot on wasn't it? You're related to this whole business."

Accelerator decided he might as well elaborate on the world especially since it might affect the brat if the singularity wasn't solved.

"Fine, you want the truth?"

"Before I came here on this job I was previously the board chairman of Academy City, the one with the highest governing power. I know the city all too well, especially the darkness lurking within the depths of the bright city."

"The system in Academy City is governed by the governing board however the decisions of the board can be overturned anytime by the board chairman. The city has espers from level 0's who have no power to level 5's who can face a whole army by themselves. Before the board chairman I was the first ranked level 5 out of 7 level 5's in the whole city with a population 2.3 million."

Romani nodded before asking "So what are you here for?" Accelerator glared at him "I was told that if the singularities got out of hand it would affect other worlds including mine and if there was a single chance that it would affect the people in my contact list then that's enough for me to tear down space to come here."

Romani tilted his head "But if you're the board chairman it would make this so muc heasier wouldn't it?" Accelerator looked at him "What time is it?"

"2010"

Accelerator widened his eyes, that was during the sister's project.

"That won't work. I wasn't the board chairman at that time."

"The singularity is a record of my sins."
