As I teleport into my temple, I decide it may be time to sink my teeth into the Eastern Empire. I've left them alone for a while, mainly because I didn't know exactly how strong Rudra was. Now, I can sense that he's around the peak of S-rank.

It seems like his skill Michael has mostly taken control of him by now. Well damn. I teleport in front of the capital of the empire. Of course, I'm in my human form because I don't wanna cause a panic…

I turn into a half kilometer tall borb and screech at them. Not my usual one, just a hawk screech. Then, I pull back my head and use an attack I haven't in a while. My back begins to slowly glow blue starting from the tip of my tail. A whirring noise begins to emanate from my body. It echoes across the panicked capital, and I can feel that Velgrynd has teleported in front of me. However, she's a wimp. She shoots out an attack on me and watches in horror as it bounces off my feathers. She then decides to instead put up a defense, and throws up a barrier.

Too late lizard!

A beam of pure blue energy leaves my mouth, shooting forward at a blinding speed. As it collides with the barrier that Velgrynd put up, It cuts straight through it, and through Velgrynd herself. Of course, I knew this wouldn't kill her because of that one body double skill of hers. I would've taken that skill, but I'm already a phoenix. Maybe it'll be useful for defending against soul attacks actually…

Nice, anyways, the blue beam of energy cuts through the clone she put in front of me and continues on, slamming into the mighty walls of the empire. It goes in a straight line, cutting through like a knife through paper. The walls are turned to ash, along with any fool who chose to use them to hide. As I can see over the wall, I have free reign to attack the entire capital. At least, until the emperor wants to intervene, in that case I'll kill him and free us from his insanity. Though, it seems he's smarter than that.

I feel a pretty big amount of power expand in his floating temple as he creates a portal to heaven to escape me. Well, that's fine. Say goodbye to your little capital! I morph to my human shape and size and lift my arms up in the air. Energy begins to gather above my palms as a bright blue orb begins forming. The air around me rips and tears as a vicious storm of pure magicules torrents around me.

I throw my arms forward, and the sphere pushes its way through the air and into the center of the capital. As it impacts the palace, it expands rapidly. The orb covers the capital in seconds, surprisingly not doing any damage? How? But I thought I would die? Said the humans…

Alright, I'll stop.

As the orb reaches its peak diameter, it rapidly collapses in on itself. This orb wasn't some sort of energy attack. No, no, no. This… was a barrier.

As the barrier collapses in, it solidifies. The city is ripped from the ground like the skin of an orange. Rubble, vehicles, metal, people, all are ripped from the earth. As the barrier continues to shrink, Velgrynd once again attempts to attack me, and I once again swat her like a fly. A single beam of black energy tears her in half.

Eventually, the barrier condenses itself into a 1m diameter ball of blood, guts, building, and vehicle. I'm surprised it didn't form a black hole, but I digress. I bring the ball of viscera towards myself and hold it in my hand. It's pretty heavy, holding the entire city inside.

I look at my handiwork and see the ocean slowly filling in the crater that is the capital. I look up towards the floating palace and smirk. Let's see how he reacts to this, shall we?
