3 The Shogun, Inazuma city, and No Mora?

In the Tenshukaku, Raiden Makoto "This meeting is to discuss the creation of the Tri-Commissions as a way bring an eternal system for those who want to help cement the body of an Eternital Inazuma." She then goes on to say, "the first commission will be named Tenryou: this commission will be in charge of military, and the head will be chosen with a duel with Ei. The second commission will be named Kanjou: and will be in charge of business affairs and foreign trade, the head will be chosen by seeing which clan head can remain calm for five days negotiating a deal with Yae. And the last commission will be named Yashiro: they will be in charge of public administration and coordinating events with the other commissions, the Kamisato clan has already proven their competence in this field.

"Ei nods and Yae has a mischievous smile at the thought of tourt* I mean testing the skills of a future commissioner.

In Inazuma city, Kukunochi Ahmya POV.

"I'm finally here after a few hours." As I walk through the city the people are looking at me strangely, until they see the vision on my hakama then their gaze becomes respectful. I smell something good realizing that I haven't ate. Unfortunately I have no mora to my name and I didn't think that Samashiro's concern was having money in her situation so I didn't bother to look so, I guess I have no choice but to pass on food. I have to go to the Tenshukaku anyways I continue on the path, it's bit different but it does make sense since it's before the cataclysm but the scenery is amazing none the less....

Before long I make it to the Tenshukaku and damn somethings don't change, the guards let me through because of my attire and maybe my ears to but I did get a strange looks from them. As I make my way upstairs and then, I feel like I'm being watched like something isn't right I need to hurry I take out my note hoping and stay on the stairs until I feel it's okay to continue then I hear footsteps.

I then feel like I should kneel time slows down for me all at once I finally feel it, fear not just any fear but fear of death something I didn't have before and then the one causing that fear speaks.
