Tala Zavaeria - Tension

"He's able to use the laws of space and time to such a high level!?" Zamir asked in complete disbelief as everyone in the room felt the same way. Even Treysin and Kirean were surprised.

Space cultivators were one of the most feared in creation, they were only second to the Monarchs and Paragons of the Soverign Elements. Fighting a space cultivator meant that using spells was useless as they would just throw it back at you, they would even lock the space around you so you couldn't escape and extend the space to make the spell take the longest amount of time to hit you. Space cultivators were dicks.

Time cultivators were even more mysterious as most people who faced time cultivators, well those that have lived to tell the tale have said that they never felt in control of the battle and that there were times when their entire arms would turn to dust due to the laws of time acting on them. It was clear from this that should one ever face a time cultivator they can't make a single mistake or they won't even know how they died.

"Looks like he even hid things from you as well, huh Treysin?" Kirean asked, looking at Treysin with a smirk on his face.

Treysin looked confused as he looked at his father, "The fuck do I look like? His dad? I never asked him what his foundational daos would be, I just trained him and gave him pointers as I helped him clear his path of cultivation. Also, what makes you all think that time and space are his main daos? What if it's something else?" Treysin asked and we all put his words into thought. He did bring up a good point after all.

Kirean laughed, "You can't be serious son. You basically raised him for the past nine years and you're telling me that you were never curious to know about his daos. I know he is mysterious and reserved but that is just his natural personality, it's not like he was hiding it from you."

"In addition what other dao could he have? Based on the spell that he used his comprehensions in space and time must have reached the peak of the fifth layer in dao comprehension at least. What other dao could he be using that is higher than those two if space and time are not his foundational daos?" Leonel asked as we continued watching the battle between Hakari and Talen, waiting with anticipation for what was to come next.

But that anticipation was immediately replaced by shock and fear as we saw Hakari conjure a flawless blood blade using the blood that has been spilled on the ground.

What the fuck?! This boy can use the Dao of Blood as well. Is he trying to become a blood lord?

We all watched as Hakari pierced Talen's throat with the blood blade. Talen didn't have any power to resist at all and his death came shortly, Hakari walked off without bothering to look back at the corpse.

"You think Zatanna will seek revenge for the death of her son?" Alucard, that damn devil asked with a smile that made my skin crawl.

"Zatanna had other things to worry about other than the death of a useless spawn such as Talen." Treysin answered with elegance as if he wasn't bothered by the devil's presence at all, "Besides even if she did, who's going to tell her that Hakari killed him?" he asked with a grin.

"Oh? You don't think that I will bargain the info with her if I make a deal with her?" Alucard asked with a smile that was not a smile.

"Nah. You won't gain any benefits from making a deal with her, you can trust me on that. But I do have questions about you though." Treysin said.

"Go ahead." Alucard obliged with a nonchalant expression.

"Who are you really? Not your name of course but your background. You're a Devil in the Realm of World and you are in a low-tier world such as this one. I know you are not here for training experience since the hells are the go-to training spot for your kind and I know you are not the son of any of the Princes or Kings since if you were you would be doing this in the main universe of the Godbeast Realm. This only leaves the options of you either being a lone Devil, which is very unlikely as if that is the case we will kill you right now or that you are the child of a Duke or Marquis." Treysin explained and I could see Alucard tremble but he quickly collected himself and kept on smiling.

"Good theory. I have to say that I'm impressed but I will say that you will find the answer to your question soon enough." Alucard replied as he looked back at the screen of another battle that was going on. A few hours passed before he spoke once again with a question, "That Hakari boy, is he trying to become a blood lord?"

"I have no idea." Kordri answered as he looked at a completely separate screen that showed Kellian killing his way through a corridor, "Blood Lords are rare in the Godbeast Realm but they are still some around. Half of the Blood Monarchs and Blood Paragons reside in the Nether Blood Realm and are predominantly Immoral Blood Spirits so if he wants to become one he will have to take a trip there in the future."

Kordri was the cut off by a giggle from Rastia. As we turned out attention to her and her screen was saw her daughter arrive after turning a member of the Immortal Blood Sect to ash. It seems that he was being interrogated by Hakari, Lian and Tanya.

"Who would've though these four would come together." I said as this was so unlikely that it should be impossible due to all the chaos spreading throughout the academy.

"Your daughter is a Dao King. Looks like you've been keeping plenty of secrets from us Rastia. But I'm afraid that your daughter will have to use a different approach on Hakari." Treysin said as an horrifying aura burst from Hakari, making us all pale and take a step back. That aura was deep, infinite and unfathomable. I felt like I was looking at the origin of all things.

Hakari Kenji...just what are you exactly?
