32 The Argonauts

It was still early in the morning–too early as Zero jumped out of bed, quickly swiping through his inventory as his go-to armor manifested itself over his body. Without wasting a moment, he kicked open the doors to his own chamber before sprinting down the corridor. 

"Servants! Report!" Zero commanded while yelling. 

From the shadows, multiple figures arrived beside the man, running alongside him. 

Beside him, the silver-bearded butler with obsidian horns sprinted elegantly with his arms behind his back, "An organization of adventurers have taken it upon themselves to attack our gates. A foolhardy bunch, I must say."

"A bunch of suicidal maniacs! I'll crush 'em, swift n' easy for you, my lord!" The fiery-haired maid of short stature shouted, carrying an axe larger than her own body over her shoulder.
