14 It's not a celebration without a family reunion

I went to my suitcase and picked out the dress I brought just in case we ended up winning. It was A silver tight low cut dress. the slit in the front stopped just above my belly button and the back stopped just above my ass. there was a slip on the side that went up all the way to my unmarked upper thigh. I felt exposed wearing it because I have never worn anything this revealing but Taly said that Zeke would drop dead wearing it. the rhinestones sparkled with my movements. I paired it with a pair of white heels. My hair was styled in a loose up do leaving a few pieces of hair out in the front to cup my face. I put on smokey make up and winged my eyeliner. I finished the look with a vixen red lipstick and jewelry. I stood in the mirror for a long time. If you would have told me a year ago I would be here I wouldnt believe you. For one I would never wear anything revealing and for two I would be the center of a party much less invited to one. i took a few more glances at my self and came back into the room. Zeke had to leave because he was obligated to stand with the other Alphas and Betas but he promised to meet me at the end of the stairs.

I heard a knock on the door and I knew it was time. Unfortunately when I opened the door I wasn't expecting that my escort would be Cole. The second he saw me his jaw dropped and he just stood there. "Good enough indeed" I heard Cole whispering as he broke contact looked down. I pretended I didn't hear him and made my way to Grant Looping my hand around his arm.

" Do you think Zeke will like it?" I asked Grant with Cole following Behind us. I was determined to ignore him. he rejected me. " I think Zeke will literally fuck you on the stair before the kings finishes his speech." Grant and I chuckle but turned our heads when we heard Coles wolf growl. I felt him shooting daggers into my back and when I turned around he was gritting his teeth and clenching his fists. I shrugged it off. I wasn't going to let him get to me. Zeke had promised me a night to remember. As we approached to main entrance Cole stepped in front of us and introduced us.

"May I present to you this years Champions from the White Tail Pack Rosella and Grant. The crowd started clapping but when we stepped into the room everyone became quiet. I became super nervous and I mind linked Grant.

As we made our way down the stairs my eyes Locked with Zeke. His eyes were Flickering and I could feel his emotions were going between Love, Anger and lust. I approached him with a smile but I was confused.

I waited for a moment and then help up my hand.

The king, Cole and my asshole of a Brother approached me.

Coles eyes widened before they turned to anger. I saw his eyes flickering back and forth again. They have been doing that alot today I hope that he is ok.

COLES POV:

When I saw that ring I was Instantly ready to kill him. The fact that she looked so happy tore my heart up inside. I wanted to be the reason she smiled. I want to be the reason she was excited to get up in the morning. I had to do something because I felt if I grit my teeth any harder I would break them.

"Congrats Rose, Its nice to see you again." Max said looking at Rose with a guilty look. He always said that his sister never wanted to spend time with him and was a daddy's girl which is why he spent most of his time at my house because he didn't like being third wheel to them.

"Oh you Know my Rose? Did you Know her from childhood." Morgan asked but before Max could answer Rose chimed In.

"Max Was a year older than me so we didn't really cross paths. Never really saw him much." I could see the pained Look on his face. Why wasn't she claiming him as her brother and why was he going along with it?

I was about to question him when I heard clapping.

" GO HOME." Max commanded but something was off about John.

She paused for a moment then I saw her eyes turn from Ice Blue to a purple. Her wolf was close to taking over. Rose gripped her hand then let out a growl so loud that made us all take a step back.

"Rose please. " Max looked worried. the whole crowd was quiet as rose walked up the stairs so everyone could see her.
