CH -1

I woke up in an unfamiliar place and an unfamiliar body , the most crazy thing of all , is that this feels too real to be a dream I even tried going back to sleep but nothing changed. Although the possibility of me dreaming was quite less as I rarely have dreams.

I pinched myself , It hurts.

I get down from bed to leave this room, my body is the size of a 10 year old it feels weird while walking.

As I left the room I entered a hallway ,

' This place is quite big.'

as I wondered around I found my way to a hall which seems to be a cafeteria .

there were a lot of children around having breakfast , very lively.

There are some adult here as well . I calmly walked towards the person serving the food.

"Oh?! you are awake quickly sit down and have some breakfast , lest you have eat leftovers "

I nodded took a tray grabbed a tost and some milkshake , sitting on the table near the window with less kids .

While eating I looked out window and the view made me nearly choke , It was a city outside but not your average city view but a futuristic one like in sci-fi movies and stuff .

Drinking the milkshake I quickly hid my surprise and returned to an expressionless face .

Although a little kid with such face would only look cute in adults eyes like the serving lady who just looked over making her smile.

I decided to follow the kids going outside to play , to take a better look .....

In the open garden with children running around

" catch me if you can"

"hey wait , my shoelace ahhh ! "

" I will catch this time "

"yay"

....

' Yup , I wasn't hallucinating before. I am really in a futuristic fantasy world. '

' Oh my god ! just look at the hover cars outside the gate , makes me want to own one myself '

No child came to talk to me looks like they are not familiar with me ? I think I should did up more information .

A week later

It's been a week since I came to this world , there were no sign of returning atleast for now so I have accepted the reality . I am more familiar with my new ten year old body now . After asking around , observing and going through the internet + library, I have come to a conclusion that

' I have transmigrated into a novel I read . '

The novel was a going back in time novel with hunter , portals , dungeons and academy setting.

The protagonist was a hunter with average stats and never went to academy , because of debt left by abusive uncle who took him in after he became an orphan at the age of 3 due to his parents passingawayin an accident . He only had a proper evaluation after He turned 19 . He then becomes a hunter who died at the age of 32 after being betrayed by his teammates when they found a really mysterious and high grade Artifact.

After his death he returned to the time he was an 8 yr old and decided to live this new life better . And due to his rebirth he gained new physique .

' You can probably guess how the rest went . I liked the novel because of the realistic personality of the characters , good world building and interesting development. '

When I checked the internet, I saw the news of the protagonist getting a high evaluation being only on orphan. So he has already been reborn.

Even he didn't know that his rank would be higher than in the past . Oh that uncle must be in jail now as well .

In this world children all get evaluated at the age of 12 , children with special physique are sent to the hunter academy to enhance their power and study to become hunters of the future .

The academy lasts for 7 years from the age 12 to 18 .

The evaluation of physique ranks from EX class to -F.

Every person's physique is special and unique to them but they all use mana to enhance it . Mana circulations are one of the main things taught in the academy , as well as handling weapons etc .

I also found out more info about myself three months ago there was portal outbreak in a residential area and ' I ' was one of the survivors, everything was destroyed, ' I ' was taken into counciling and arrived in this orphanage the night before I woke up . I will probably have to dig more into my origin in the future.

The first thing I have to do now is make some money.
