My name is Cifer and I am currently in a job interview. Of course, this is not your normal interview of sorts, this interview is for the reincarnation candidate wish I applied to after I died. I know its weird but every one thousand years a soul is chosen by the administrators, they are the one who facilitates the world because God is a lazy bastard, wherein the lucky soul gets to be reincarnated with unlimited wishes, yeah I know its awesome. Most winners chose to be overpowered and rule the world, most of them regretted it in the end. But I formulated the perfect life plan to enjoy my multiverse trip. Also the more you wish the less powerful it gets, so I think I'll limit my wish to 10 or less.

Administrator Z: Congratulations Mr. Cifer, you are granted the multiverse pass. Please state your wishes, be more specific to avoid mishaps from happening. Also, when choosing your first world please be exact as to where and when you want to reincarnate. As for your physical form, you are free to design how you look but most of the time you will be sent as a 4 years old child to avoid complications with the world laws. That is all.

Cifer: Thank you. Wish #1, The Elder Blood from the Witcher, tailored to be undetectable and suitable for my body. The ability to travel to different worlds without the need of dying. Its telekinetic ability that allows me to manipulate nearby objects and entities.

Wish #2, Zenkai, a genetic trait of Saiyans from Dragon Ball, its ability to increase my strength substantially after recovering from near-fatal injuries. It strengthens both my mind and body.

Wish #3, Mystic Eyes of Death Perception from Type-Moon, the ability to perceive the lines of death, death emerges to the surface of an existence as lines, and cutting along them will result in "Death", regardless of the constitution or properties of the object. Points of Death are from where all lines seem to flow, resembling blood vessels. There can be a number of them on an object, and, whereas the lines are "where things die easily", the points are "death itself." It can stop certain inherent properties such as momentum, toxicity, and generally any effect it may impose on its surroundings.

Wish #4, Aeon Balor from Highschool DxD. Aeon Balor Eyes grants the user the ability to momentarily stop the time of anything within their line of sight Aeon Balor Eyes also grants the user the ability to manipulate darkness and shadows. I can manipulate the shadows like the shadow hack where my shadows can fight for me and gain experience just like a shadow clone.

Wish #5, Haki from One Piece. Observation Haki, the ability to sense and predict spiritual energy allows the user to see another person through the aura, be it behind buildings, strategically hidden, or camouflaged. It allows the user to measure the strength of the people whose presence they sense. The user can also sense and empathize with the emotions and nature of others. It can sense the intention of someone, allowing the user to predict the actions of others. Further understanding of the ability allows the user to see a short period into the future.

Armament Haki, the ability to create, in essence, an invisible armor around the user, providing incredible offensive and defensive capabilities. The most basic ability this Haki grant is an enhancement of power and endurance. It can be used in a single body part or the user's whole body. A heavy concentration of this Haki can harden the body of the user, granting the user a greater increase in their power and endurance that surpasses the mere Enhancement application. By touching an object the user can imbue it with their own Haki to greatly increase its power and endurance. An advanced version of this ability allows the user to project their Haki flow a short distance from their body without a medium. This method allows the user to damage the target without making contact, but they still need to stay relatively close. Further training this technique allows the user's Haki to get inside the target's body and destroy it from the inside-out.

Conqueror's Haki, this type of Haki allows the user to exert their willpower to overpower enemies' willpower. It can be used to temporarily dominate the psyche of others, intimidating them to point where they are frozen with fear and/or forcing them to obey the user's commands for a short time. Conqueror's Haki can use it to exert its will over objects, resulting in the objects breaking. It allows the user to release their own will in the form of a strong burst, allowing them to disable others.

Wish #6, Fountain of Eternal Youth from The Seven Deadly Sins. It grants eternal life and eternal youth. It also grants instant regeneration, even if my body is annihilated it will still reform.

Wish #7, Library of Heavens Path controlled by Raphael, Lord of Wisdom. Mind Accelerate, allows the user to extend his rate of thinking by up to a million times. Analyze and Assess the target. Parallel Operation, operates on any matter the user wishes to analyze, separating it from the regular thought process. Any process under Parallel Operation is affected by Mind Accelerate and therefore sped up by a million times. It manages the information gained by the library and finds the best way to eliminate the flaws.

Wish #8, The Realm of the Violet Jade Immortal. A special space that resides within my soul. 1 square km wide with a spiritual lake in the center. It also has time dilution ability wherein a day outside is equivalent to a thousand years inside. The spiritual lake at the center can heal, expand the life, and empower whoever bathes in it.

Wish #9 Hyper Adaptability, allows me to adapt both body and mind to any situation. It grants me Fast Mastery over skills, Fast Comprehension I can only master what I can comprehend, Quick Growth so that my body can keep up with my mind.

Wish #10 A system without an A.I. Its only purpose is to allow me to allocate stat points to my status. Stat Points can be acquired by converting system points earned by defeating enemies. It also has a shop with items, skills, bloodlines, etc. from the myriad fictional worlds. Lastly, an infinite inventory where I can store things no matter the shape, size, or form as long as it is within my vicinity.
