Both waited in silence, the woman evaded his gaze while he ogled her unashamedly, both seating at the smallest table she sat in her life.

The man behind the counter that was waiting for the pizza to finish didn't know what the fuck was going on. Two people having a date, that was not the problem, it happened quite often.

The problem is that the woman's attire is worth more than a year of his rent! let alone the man.

Not only that, there are a fucking Lamborghini Reventon and a Bently parked outside!?

He could recognise them from somewhere but the names didn't come out, especially the lady.

'Are they having a hidden rendezvous? cheating on their partners or something?'

As the Pizza finally arrived, the woman ate uninhibited and without any sight of decorum, he had already seen her crying anyway, what was a little cheese in the face?

She had long since not eaten anything in the streets aside from glutinous rice balls, which was her favourite 'dish', she considered that a dish.

Tasting this pizza, she smiled in glee... as a CEO she had an image to keep, what would people think if she was seen eating pizza? however... that didn't mean that she didn't like pizza.

She noticed the man in front of her was not eating anything, only watching her with those tantalising eyes of his.

"A-are you not going to eat?" She asked embarrassed that he looked at her like a pierrot in the middle of the circus, but he had already seen worse...

"Hehe~ No, I already had dinner and I rather enjoy watching munch that cheese." Alucard laughed at her way of devouring the food and the woman pouted slightly.

"You're lucky you can see this princess eating Pizza." She puffed out her big chest and said with a smile, for some reason, she felt she could be herself in front of this man.

"Then are you alright now, Princess~? Or do you want to tell me why were you driving with a river inside your car~"

The beauty huffed, "Why would I have to tell you anything?"

"Well, if you don't want there is no issue, I see that you're feeling better now so, I better leave." Seeing her cold demeanour, and that she was already ok, Alucard decided to go on his way.

"W-Wait! Are you going to leave? Just like that!" She almost stood up and asked with cheese still on her cheek.

Alucard turned around with a weary smile, "Well, you say you don't want to talk, no?"

"F-Fool! when a woman says they don't want, is because they want! t-that's basic logic!" The beauty stuttered with a deviated glance, clearly wanting him to stay with her to the end.

Both Alucard and the man behind the counter shared a disgruntled expression, the man then showed Alucard a thumbs up and he nodded, 'Women isn't it?'

First, it was Catherine and now this woman, are all women in this world this unreasonable? Back in his world and his time, everything was more straightforward.

"My name is Vlad Tepes, Chairman of Hermes Wing's Corporation, Nice to meet you, Ice Princess. I didn't expect us to meet in these circumstances~" Alucard snickered and hunched forward, interested in her reaction.

The moment those words left Alucard's mouth, Lin Ruoxi felt as if she just swallowed a very moist and dirty, apache-sized rat.

The pizza literally fell from her mouth as her shaking eyes glanced at Alucard's.

Her back magically straightened, her legs crossed alluringly and her big chest puffed out with pride... Her frostbite cold businesswoman persona resurfaced from the ashes of her pizza-eating teenage pitiful self!

"Mr Tepes, it's such an honour to meet you here." Her eyes portrayed the coldest of ices as she saluted her fellow businessman... A person she had been trying to stabilise communication with for so long!

"Wahahahahaha!!! Princess, you forgot to clean the cheese on your cheek. Here, let me do it for you~" Alucard laughed at this woman's apparent change, as if he would ever forget her clumsy way of devouring pizza, he hunched forth and kissed her cheek, thus erasing the small nuisance on her perfect face but also creating a renewed blush on her immaculate face.

Her lips shook and the only thing she could muster was to look sideways cutely. Lin Ruoxi didn't know what to do... If she had a time travel machine she would use it right this instant!

"W-Will you forget what you saw until now, Mr Tepes?" She asked hopefully but seriously, trying to ignore the feelings that welled in her heart with that kiss.

"No, I won't princess. What are you going to do about it?" He asked with a chuckle and rested back on his seat, his gaze challenging her.

The two laughed heartily the next minute, Lin Ruoxi never felt so happy with any man like this ever before. She could be open, express her liking, and no one would judge her or criticise her! Or post a picture of her pizza-stained face the next day!

"You! Why don't you accept my meeting proposals!?" She shouted indignantly, her external relations chief had tried many times to establish contact with her homologous in Hermes' Wings Corporation, always without an answer!

"Hehe, I have yet to think about any propositions for external cooperation, remember that my company is only two weeks old, Ruoxi, and we haven't sold even so much as a hundred thousand rebranded bottles." He said, sipping some wine that she doesn't know where it came from, she doesn't remember him ordering it.

Ruoxi shook her head seemingly choosing to ignore the intimate way he called her, "But, that doesn't make sense! How can your company be successful like that in only two weeks? That's one of the reasons most of us CEOs would like to talk to you personally!"

His company had been standing for only two weeks, yet they were known across the world like that!

What was even more so ridiculous was the fact that he readily agreed to the fact that he didn't even sell that many bottles of liquor yet! How the hell was his company so famous then?

"That's a Secret~ but how about this Ruoxi, in a week, I'll increase your sales by at least 50% that will be my sign of goodwill, what do you think? We can have the meeting the next Saturday if you're ok with it." He suggested, while sipping more wine, this was more convenient for him than for her.

Utterly ridiculous, 50%! It would be a miracle if their sales increased 10% in a month, much less 50% in a week!!

Most people wondered how was it possible for a company that formed weeks ago, a liquor company no less, to attain such a level of professionalism and fame!

The answer was simple but unbelievable. Contacts and a 'supernatural' marketing strategy.

Hermes' sky ricochet was also paradoxically the beginning of his problems... he didn't have enough hands or infrastructure to supply the demands of the growing market and the fame his experiment had caused was way beyond his wildest expectations.

'Bloody hell, I don't have a personal phone!' He only ever spoke with one person... and he could speak with her mentally.

He had over three million phones inside his body, and the ones he used the most were Reng Shuang's and Sheng Minglou's but he didn't have a personal phone.

'Should I just take out a random one?' he wondered and put his arm back.

Upon seeing his countenance Lin Ruoxi's eyebrow twitched, "Don't tell me you don't have one! Are you a caveman or something!?"

"Let's go I'll get you a new one for god's sake!" She pulled his hand forcefully, leading him out of the store!

'Girl, let me talk!' Alucard sighed but didn't say anything, what's one more phone? Ma Guanhui even screamed at him to get one anyway.

Who would have thought that the CEO and the Chairman of two prominent companies would be eating pizza in a cheap store at the side of the road?

This mysterious meeting was curiously fated to never take place, yet it did, and it would change both their lives in a way not even Alucard could even fathom, unbeknownst to him, he was now one step closer to the answer he sought.
