9 Vampire Dilligencies
Alucard walked down the streets of Zhonghai now, the centre of the noisy city.
She had seen his past... It wasn't really a secret. But, It felt uncomfortable and he wondered how much had she seen.
He was now right in the city centre, with his eccentric ragged coat. The first thing to do was to stop looking like a vagrant.
As much as he liked his clothes, the people around were giving him weird looks.
Walking down inside a very expensive clothing shop, the receptionist, a beautiful middle-aged woman threw him a look of disdain, but also pity.
'So handsome yet so low, he must have gotten a big debt or something, ragged clothes... They even beat him up' she was about to call security to take this vagrant out, but decided against it.
'Let him have a look at least' she giggled inwardly.
Alucard saw the clothes and didn't really like anything in particular, they were tuxedos of different colours with different ties.
Ultimately, he came upon a black tuxedo with dark grey lines and a red tie.

The receptionist threw him a deadpan, 'Isn't that almost the same with what you're wearing!?'
But the next thing would shock her mind.
Alucard's shadow morphed under the receptionist's stunned eyes, wrapping his body, as his clothes changed, replicating the tuxedo in front of him perfectly but leaving his black boots.
He discarded his red coat and red hat but retained his glasses and rolled-up red tie.
'Better he thought, even as he looked almost similar just with faint grey silver-ish lines instead of full black. Times changed but Alucard's sense of style would never waver.
Moving back past the stunned receptionist, "Forget anything that you saw." He touched her shoulder slightly and said with a smile.
"I guess money is needed now." He thought and kept walking down the road.
'Leave everything to fate and enjoy myself in this new world, let's see what it has to offer~'
And what did his instincts say? Accumulate treasures and souls, drink blood and most importantly, power.
A vampire's desires were very simple, and he knew what kind of souls were the most delicious.
He 'walked' enthusiastically a few steps and within seconds he was at the first police station he found in his senses, not bothering to check-in, he directly walked inside.
Upon falling on the guards' sights who were surprised at the fact that he didn't check up outside, they stood on guard as the first two hurriedly asked, "Civilians are restricted in this area without checking in ahead, sir. Please, turn back and check-in"
"You two stand back." He ordered casually to the two guards.
"You, give me access to criminal proceedings." He ordered another guard who hurriedly nodded and lead the way with a slight bow.
The next minutes they were in front of a computer, the man entered his credentials and started searching.
"Focus on instances where mafia, criminal organisations and gangsters were involved." He said with a wicked grin.
To his surprise and marvel, a stunningly big amount of entrances were found in the database.

"I want you to start the procedure to create a fake identity for me as following." He said with a boring expression, thinking about his new identity.

"I want the passport to be the highest possible" Alucard ordered, with this he wouldn't have an issue travelling under standard procedure. Sometimes teleporting wasn't the way of doing things.
Ji Laosun typed on his computer the information needed to create his identity.
After they finished Alucard decided to bring about some justice, he was going to keep him as his pawn, but he had to be clean at least "Very well, tell me, how many little girls have you defiled, Laosun." He asked offhandedly.
"I don't know Master, I lost count after 43." The man said with a wicked grin, proud of his horrid achievement.
"I see, from now on, I want you to pay the Chinese minimum wage to every single one of your victims or their parents depending on their age. And now henceforth, you will crave gay men's dick with all your will, all your strength and all your mind... Do you understand Minister Ji~?" His sharp fangs as wicked as ever!
Minister Ji's body froze, trying to reject that order with his will! But in the end. He succumbed!
"I understand Master!" He said with a hungry gaze that gave Alucard the chills.
Alucard would never know what kind of nefarious beast he created, he never teleported away so fast in his life.

'Hmph! You finally answer, damned vampire! I have been sending you messages all day!' She sent back with apparent anger.

'What is there to fear? You're just a cute and shy little vampire~' she answered with a giggle.
'Sometimes I wonder where does your audacity come from... What do you want?' Alucard sent back with a sigh and appeared right in front of a hallway leading to an office, ignoring all the surrounding guards.
He smirked at what he could sense at the other side of the room.

For someone like Catherine, whose days were very monotonous, a dinner here, another dinner there and more dinners with noble families and politicians, then some breakfast with that famous person, then a conference and so on and on and on... It never stopped.
Now that she could talk mentally with someone, it was like a brand new toy she couldn't stop playing with, moreover it was someone as interesting as Alucard, she couldn't stop messing with him.

'Jesus...' thought Alucard as even he was surprised at that toilet mouth of hers.
The sounds of moans and grunts entered his ears and therefore his thoughts as he got closer to the main office.
The grunts seemed genuine, but the moans, not so much.
'... Alucard.' Catherine's thought came back ominously, she had obviously heard what the woman said, she didn't understand Chinese but the meaning together with the moans was apparent. She must obviously be blessing her partner for being such a bull in bed.
The problem was, who was her partner...
He opened the door casually, completely aware that his presence wouldn't be discovered due to the duo's circumstances. In front of him, a luxurious dark room with golden colours was visible.
An older fat man sat on his chair as a gorgeous young woman jumped crazily on his lap, the man couldn't see her face due to their position, but he could.
And disappointment and boredom were written all over it.
She moaned obscenities as if she was the most experimented slut in existence but her voice didn't follow that enthusiasm.
Her acting was lacklustre at most, actually, is she acting? maybe those insults are really coming from the bottom of her heart.
