A Failure as a Villain

The moment the First Lady left the room, Alucard didn't waste his time and spread his shadow forth underneath the door.

He didn't intend to keep a second identity as he did with Sheng Minglou, it would be too troublesome and therefore, the man would have to 'disappear'.

The middle-aged man focused too much on his delusions with the First Lady, that didn't even notice his body sinking inside Alucard's shadow until Baskerville couldn't hold back any longer and started eating the man from inside Alucard's shadow, slowly.

Reng Shuang who had been in front of his desk, looking at the ceiling only felt a slightly numbing feeling in his leg at first...

But then...

"AHHHH!!!!!" The horrendous pain came the next instant as his back jerked horribly!

He looked down, but what he saw was a black mass-like liquid slowly swallowing his body whole!

"What the fuck is this!? AHHHHHGGG!!!! HELP! SOMEBODY!!" He screamed for help with all his strength! But Baskerville wasn't keen on his struggling prey and went for the other leg!

His head turned up and fro, sideways, anywhere! desperately seeking help, the goo had swallowed almost all of his torso by now!

But out of nowhere, a man sat in front of him with a tuxedo and a cup of wine in his hands, his red eyes shone through the glasses as he smiled with his exposed jaws at him.

"Ask for some more help, maybe someone will eventually come, and they will get the same treatment~" His punisher smirked, waving his arm to the door as if asking him to walk his wait out if he wanted to leave.

The poor bastard suffered a very painful and slow death as Alucard's mind flooded with memories and Baskerville enjoyed its meal.

"Hmph, that's what wicked pigs like you deserve..." Alucard huffed in disgust as memories flashed in his mind.

Murder, torture, corruption, kidnapping, rape... There was no 'sin' that this bastard hadn't committed in his life.

No wife, kids aborted... Family assassinated to reach the top.

Moreover, he had successfully bribed the police so many times that he managed to classify his whole expedient. However, the number of charges put on him as his 'sessions' were disclosed many times, was so much, that the police department was forced to keep his processing active regardless of how much he paid, otherwise, it would have national repercussions in the whole national security reputation.

It was only due to that, that Alucard managed to reach this pig, otherwise, he would have stayed in the shadows, together with many more that were luckier than him.

This man had deep contacts not only with Russia's underworld mafias but also with America and South America's paramilitary forces through his many travels and drug trafficking business, colluding with them to bring drugs to China, and gaining their favours.

Apparently, he had served as the contact between one such group in America, and First Lady Luo Cuishan.

Something regarding a Chinese family that was now residing in America, but he didn't know further than that.

The pig had craved Luo Cuishan for long, even long before she became the first lady, but the latter, as an important member of the Ning Family and an intelligent woman, wasn't easy to mess with.

There was no family within the inner circle of power in China that didn't have at least one member owing this bastard a favour.

That's the way he managed to walk about unhindered.

He even set up this small hundred of million's business just for leisure as his main businesses were drugs and slavery.

Alucard sighed and stood up, his body morphing from his appearance to Reng Shuang's, he took the latter's phone and made a call...

"Y-Yes Master, what can I do for you?" A scared voice resounded from the other side of the phone with apprehension.

It was Reng Shuang's assistant and probably one of the worst affected ones.

She was a girl in her twenties, very beautiful and with a bright future, her name was Yun Lanwan. She studied administration and business management, gaining Reng Shuang's attention at a conference she gave at the University of Beijing.

It was impossible to say how many things this bastard did to this poor girl and the ones before her whose location remained undiscovered to their families, but now it was not a secret to Alucard.

"Lanwan, I want you to come to my office, now." He said casually, softly even.

"Y-Yes Master, I'll be there!" The woman said flustered and scared before she hung up. According to his memories, she had been in an important meeting at one of his branches, she was so scared and indoctrinated, that she didn't even bother asking why he wanted to take her out of the meeting.

If the master asked for her... She had to come no matter what, within the next half an hour... But now, she was far away...

Alucard just sat there the next few hours waiting for her, and as he did so he noticed something...

Something had been drinking his blood at an impressive rate, from inside his body... It was like a parasite.

Upon checking the source, his shadow, he noticed it was the 8th feet statue he had picked up before in England.

Her whole body was sucking his blood at gigantic rates, to the point, it was almost 25% of his regeneration rate, a common human would be sucked dry in mere seconds. Never had he ever seen a vampire suck so much blood in such a small interval, not even himself.

The doorknob twisted and in entered a very beautiful woman, or at least, the shadow of what remained after months of torture a humiliation, her makeup hiding the trace of his dastardly claws, her business dress concealing the marks of her torture.

"M-Master, I-I have come..." She said, fear clear in her voice at having arrived late, she locked the door as instructed and hurriedly started undressing to kneel!

"No need to undress Lanwan... I have two things to ask you." He said with crossed legs, not minding her actions.

The woman was visually surprised but then breathed in relief, fixing her jacket.

"I want you to go to the production and distribution department and put an order for three million smartphone devices to Sheng Mingluo's name, to be dispatched to his villa in Shanghai, I want it to be our latest product." He had plans for those devices, but couldn't send them directly to Hermes' Brewings as they would be immediately suspicious upon Reng Shuang's disappearance, they wouldn't be judged, but it would impact the company's growing reputation.

The woman tilted her head in confusion but nodded, she knew Chairman Sheng as the two had met not long ago, her body still shaking just at the memory of being in their presence.

"Afterwards, I want you to go to the security department and delete the whole recording of the hallway passage for today. Come back once you have finished that. I have something else for you..." He ordered at last and dismissed her.

The woman left to perform her order with exasperation, the fact that she had arrived late, still in her mind.

Alucard took out a piece of paper from the man's desk, a check, and fill it up.

Half an hour later, Yun Lanwan came back panting, having rushed to complete everything the fastest possible!

The things he had done to her... Rape was the least horrible.

Alucard saw her appearance and sighed inwardly, 'Should have told her to take her time...' but then, a smirk marred his face

"Have you finished?"

Upon seeing that face, her continuance paled and her lips quivered, how could she not recognise that face...

"Y-Yes, Master, I have finished... I-I was too far away Master!" she said with resignation trying to at least explain so that the punishment won't be too severe.

"Then I guess it's time for your reward~" He ignored her comment and said wickedly presenting a piece of paper in front of his desk.

The woman gulped and walked to the front, expecting the piece of paper to contain her 'orders'. Like:

'Stab yourself three times in each leg.'

'Introduce a whole pole inside 'there' in front of me'

Or any of the horrible things he usually had her do... She didn't know if she could take it much longer but needed to hold it, her mother needed that money.

Nothing like that appeared on that paper, what she saw shocked her to the core instead.

The woman's eyes shook upon seeing the paper as if she just couldn't believe it. She was dreaming, it must be a dream!

It didn't make sense, if this was not a dream then why isn't that damned bastard standing in front of her now? And it's him instead.

"It's not a dream... I'm just special. Yun Lanwan, you're fired, get the hell out of here, and never come back..." He said sternly.

But the woman, no, the young girl that after living so many horrible things could only be considered a fully grown woman, Did nothing but cry silently as her eyes locked on his, still not believing, that her torture was over.

Just yesterday she thought about taking her own life...

Just the day before she thought she might die one of these days and leave her mother alone.

But today... The day shone upon her.

With the deepest reverence possible, she knelt on the ground, her forehead touching the floor as tears couldn't stop falling.

"Thanks... THANKS! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!! I- I WON'T EVER BE ABLE TO REPAY THIS! THANK YOU, MY SAVIOUR!" Her body squirmed and tears didn't stop, she couldn't stop thanking him.

It paid off! It finally paid off!! If she had surrendered, then this day wouldn't have come!

Alucard sighed and stood up, walking to the girl and helping her stand.

"Take your money and your family, leave this country, get married or something and never come back here... now go before I change my mind." He said with a lot of seriousness, if he didn't, this woman would kneel here all day and never go.

But to his surprise, the woman hugged him tightly instead!
