Valerio's body instantly stilled, and his heart dropped to his stomach. "What?!" His voice filled with disbelief sounded, and Vincent smiled awkwardly.

"Yeah, he was basically her first, so yes, he did take her v-" before he could finish his sentence, he was grabbed and lifted into mid-air.
