As the sky darkened, crystal-like shards appeared on each side of the road, emitting light that lighted the path as the two walked slowly together. "Did you have a good time, Mikael?" The robot questioned. "Yes, I did..." Mikael answered, a kind and sincere smile on his face. "Tomorrow is the interview correct? ", asked the robot. Mikael replied, "Yes..." "How come you didn't inform him?". "Because..." While he was thinking of something to say, a group of three boys his age appeared in the direction they were walking.
They were taller than him, dressed in the same white uniform as him, and casually conversing with one another while drinking soda cans. They noticed Mikaela walking towards them. Mikaela notices and quickly walks to the other path to avoid meeting. "Hey, isn't that Mika?" the white-jacketed boy asked the other two kids. "Haha, he's alone, where's your Raphael to protect you?" the other boy mockingly said. "Use your smarty brain and stop being a wimp haha!" said another boy, who threw a can at Mikael from his right hand, knocking him down and causing him to trip and fall. "Haha! Can't even dodge a stupid can." The three kids laughed and scorned him.
Mikael got up and ran as swiftly as he could, very uncomfortable by what they said. "He ran!". "What a loser!". He then looked behind to see if they followed him but no one was there, which made him calm down. He then lost his balance and tripped, injuring his left ankle. He then crept over to the side of the road and sat down. Tears welled up in his eye, which he carefully brushed away with his filthy hands. "I'm still as useless as ever..." He told himself. "I always rely on Raphael to save me, they were right. I'm such a loser..."
