I placed Joe's food on his table and I kissed his cheek.

"Enjoy Joe".

I turned to walk away as I refused to help the most dangerous man. He was the man who my dad had owed money to.

"Ahem..."

I heard him clear his throat.

"Dont I get any service in this joint".

I grinded on my teeth and turned around clutched the tray Infront of me as a shield to hide from him.

"Good day sir".

I said politely.

He nodded and ordered a black coffee before I left he whispered.

"Before I leave, I want you to follow me".

baffled by this statement.

He shoo'd me away to get his coffee.

I felt hot and bothered by this man, how dare he make such demands.

Wanting to stomp my foot and say hell no I knew I'd sign my own death ticket.

I brought him his coffee and I looked around he motioned for me to sit down.

I took a seat Infront of this man, oh why do I feel this way.

"Audrey..."

he stated. I felt hot as he said my name.

how did he know my name after all? oh this stupid name badge I remembered as I frowned.

"I knew your dad Alec Harrison, he owed me alot of money, now I'm sorry to being coming at you like this I know it's not your problem but I can't leave it at that".

I shivered and quivered thinking this is the end my dad always caused trouble wherever he went.

"Follow me outside we have matters to discuss documents your dad had signed".

I was fuming with rage, what could he possibly have done, signing documents with the devil's son.

he stood up and I took in his tall frame, dark, dangerous and handsome in all his ways.

My legs shaked underneath the table, I looked around and saw Joe and Sally watch me closely I looked at them and just nodded I'm Okay.

I walked behind this tall dark man and into his sleek black car I climbed.

"As you know my name is Mateo and your dad signed a document that states that should he not be able to pay my money it is you or your brothers I can have to work for me or be my bride to pay up In full"

I was stunned and my body went cold.

Me or my brothers, this can't be.

I looked at him with tears in my eyes..

"Mateo please... this can't be right?".

He looked away for a few seconds then looked back at me with his hand on my thigh.

goosebumps rose to my body and I shivered under his touch, it's been forever since I last been touched.
