You Could Stay

After a while you got tired and decided to check out. "Hey I'm a little drained, I should get going." You said grabbing your things. "Or you could just stay here." She said as she walked in from the kitchen, stopping you from getting on the elevator. "It's no problem, plus it's late. Cant have some crazy person driving my princess home in the middle of the night." She said as she walked you upstairs. As you walked down the hall past the guest room you got confused. "I'm not staying in the guest room?" You asked, looking baffled. "No. As many girls that have been in there I'm going to need to get it disinfected before you stay in there again. Hell, I'll probably burn it down." She said as you arrived at a door. "This room however is perfectly clean." She said opening the door.

It took a minute but you eventually walked into her room looking around. There was a giant bed, a huge walk-in closet, and a massive bathroom. You got comfortable and changed into the clothes she gave you. As you made your way over to the bed you could sense that familiar smell. The whole room smelled like her. You felt warm and calm as you laid down on the bed getting comfortable, as you noticed her walking back towards the door.

"You're not going to bed?" You asked, sitting up a bit. "No, I still have a few things to do but you get some rest princess." She said before walking out and down the hall towards her office. You eventually fell asleep shortly after you felt your body sinking into the bed.

It had been about two hours since you fell asleep when you rolled over feeling the other side of the bed still cold. As you opened your eyes you noticed the left side was still made. Assuming Ivy had not come to bed yet you got up and walked down the hall. About halfway to her office you heard her on the phone. You crept down the hall stopping just outside the door so she wouldn't see you.

Phone call:

Ivy: Yes I know but I need you to figure it out.

Sebastain: Ok, but I have to ask what's gotten into you?

Ivy: What do you mean?

Sebastain: I mean you're the most anti-romantic person on the planet. You've never done anything more than a one and done, and to put it quite frankly you're a rather cold woman. I know you understand what I'm talking about, you're not dense, you're mean and ruthless.

Ivy: You think I don't know I'm a bitch with no feelings. I understand your concern but to put it quite frankly it's not your place to tell me what I can and cannot do Sebastian.

Sebastain: I know, just be careful. You've never let a girl spend the night let alone bring her on 'visit' for work, and now you're taking her on a trip. I'm just worrying about you. I've known you since before you got dragged into this.

Ivy: I know! I appreciate the concern Sebastian I really do, but.... This one is different.

Sebastain: I hope so, just make sure she has good intentions.

Ivy: I know she does. She knows things about me.

Sebastain: Does she know about your Brother?

Ivy: No.

Sebastain: My point exactly, just don't be reckless. I'll have the plane ready by 12 on friday. Please be safe.

Ivy: I know Sebastian, good bye.

Sebastain: Good bye.

The next day Sebastian came over bright and early to iron out all the details for this last minute excursion. "I've talked to Mark, Lesly, and Max. They'll all be tying up the deals. All they need are a few signatures." He said going through his checklist. "Ok, have them faxed to me I'll sign them later. What else?" "Well I've made the arrangements for the cars and security along with the escorts to and from the airport." That was the second to last thing on his list as he checked it off. "Ok, make sure it's 3 per person not including you. I also need you to find me another personal guard." "Do you need another one?" He was a little confused by the request.

"Not for me, for Y/N. She needs protection too." She said flipping through some last minute paperwork. "Speaking of witch I need to ask her witch weapons shed prefer." "No." "Why?" He asked, confused, she's the one who just said you needed protection. "You're not giving Y/N firearms." She said firmly. "Not a gun, the girl was so clumsy she shot herself in the foot on accident. I meant like a taser or blade of some sort. Small and effective." He suggested as he checked the last thing off and put his list away. "No, she's not getting weapons to just carry around with no supervision." She rebounded still not looking up. "Well why don't I go ask her. She is an adult after all." "Your not going to ask her anything." She said looking up from the papers meeting Sebastian's gaze with a rather harsh one."So what do you suppose I do then?" He asked a little sassier than usual.

"I really don't care, but if you wake her up I promise I will kill you." You heard Ivy and Sebastian arguing. You wouldn't really make out what they were saying but you were awake now. Might as well intervene. You thought as you got out of bed and walked down the hall into her office. "And now you die." She said, pulling her gun on Sebastian. He didn't move, He didn't pay her any mind as he greeted you. "Good morning Ms. L/N." "Good morning Sebastian." You said with a yawn as you rubbed your eyes entering the office. "Geez you two fight like an old married couple." You said walking over to Ivy. You grabbed Ivy's hand and lowered the gun, taking it out of her hand. "No we don't kill Sebastian, we like Sebastian, Sebastian brings me food at 3 in the morning." "Indeed I did do that once." He said with a small chuckle and you yawned again still holding the gun nonchalantly. "When did that happen?" Ivy asked, looking a bit confused.

"Oh it was like Tuesday night I was starving at the bar and Sam can't cook for shit so I called Sebastian." She rolled her eyes and went back to her desk. You looked down at the gun in your hand and got a little curious. "Hey V, can I shoot this?" You asked like that was a normal request from you. Both Ivy and Sebastian's eyes shot up at you. "NO!" They both said in unison. "Why?" You asked for a bit. "Because it's dangerous and only crazy people just have those lying around." Sebastian said glaring at Ivy. "Not that one, it has a shit ton of recoil. Like break your arm off recoil. You can shoot one of the ones in the bedroom." She said as she went back to work, unfazed by Sebastian's glare of disapproval. "Sweet." You said setting the gun back down on her desk. "Didn't you just say she couldn't have guns?" Sebastian asked after you left the room, he sounded annoyed as he pinched the bridge of his nose.
