Cold water embraced my body like the gentle blessing spell of a priest. Hours had passed since I had escaped the cavern and half an eternity since I dived into this lake, but I still felt reluctant to leave its calming embrace.

I had to think about it for a moment. "I- if it is only in their dreams," I heard myself say, "I think I could manage!"
Meja's mood instantly became brighter. 「That's my Flatty!」 She cheered.
