1 Moving

As i sit there in the car moving away from home i contemplate how to kill my sister as she has stolen the last snack in the car that i called dibs on while knowing we have another hour before we see another gas station . But before any of that let me introduce myself my name is Cane Ford and my sisters name is Sophia Ford and my parental units are Briant and Bella ford and we all of African American descendant i am 5,6 with a big afro that covers my eyes that are grey and i have a girlish physique and dimples that go across my nose to cheek to cheek my dad looks like me except more masculine 6,0 and no dimples my mom has dreads that go down to her legs she has sharp features with black eyes and my sister looks like my mom with no dreads and some dimples but we are getting sidetracked because we are currently moving away into some small town away from all of our friends and family a town called beacon hills

Let me explain how this happened my dad worked as an architect in a company but was suddenly offered a higher position for more then three times his salary. But there was a catch he would have to move and over to beacon hills and oversee the branch there if he wanted the position and without telling his children took the position and moved us out here. Back to the story we currently pull up to a nice house with what look like three levels and has a white color to it pillars in the front and what looks like a fully trimmed lawn and also a garden on the side i ignore my parents attempts to talk to me i walk straight into the house and before my sister can react i bolt up the stairs and start to quickly search all of the room and i hear my mom say no fighting over any rooms or well pick them for you but i continue to search the rooms until i find one i like i immediately call it as my own.

As we pull up i look up at the knew house in awe but faster then i can react my brother Cane bolts into the house i soon as i can react i run after much to my parents say something but i quickly disregard it as i run up the stairs to see i am to late he has already what looked like the best room good lighting space and a big closet i grumble and in anger in proceed to look for a room.

As we watch our to kids run up the stairs we cannot help but feel a bit guilty with moving our kids here without there consent with Sophia it's easier because she just entering her first year of high school and was planning to go to a different high school from her friends and also she is only 15 but with cane it's harder he just turned 16 today and had already made friends and is starting his second year so when we moved it put a strain on our relationship but only time can heal that.

As i got my clothes unpacked and my bed setup it was then that my mom called us down and said that dinner was ready then we all came down and set the table then we sat in silence eating some lasagna me and my sisters favorite the one thing we can agree on to fix this awkward atmosphere my mom said so Sophia and cane are you excited about your new school and first day in Highschool i opted to stay silent my sister however was practically jumping off the walls telling our mom how excited she was i was still silent she turned to me and said come on cane you can't give me the silent treatment the whole time you are here then with a straightest face i could muster i said I'm going to bed then i stood up put my plate in the sink and went to my room then i felt this overwhelming amount of anger at my parents for moving me away from my friends and family without any say in the matter then i heard what sounded like a howling then i was overcome with staggering pain it took all my effort to scream out in pain even when i was biting down hard on my pillow then everything went black and i went to sleep.
