He saw that he had a level 1 skill wish was his absorption technique. The level one skills cost an entire realm one skill cost the entire cultivation of a qi gatherer. Level two was an entire golden core and level three was an entire soul formation realm.

After level five the amount of energy needed was huge level five was a true immortals cultivation and after that, it hit realms he didn't know about.

'I will tell you now anything above level five is quite literally overkill like there's a skill in level six to become everything in existence it useless but hey it's quite powerful considering you can destroy parts of your body with ease.'

'Good question take your absorption skill consider it takes 100 energy a second a level three absorption skill will easily do 10,000 energy a second.'

'You don't lose progress but it will take the same amount of days to regain your energy as you spent cultivating.'

Reaper chose the absorption skill and he felt as the pillars and golden core turned into a transparent fog. he saw it slowly start to piece itself back together but it would take a while. He soon absorbed the level three skill it was more complex compared to the level one and was truly much better.

He started to head for the library jumping through trees and roofs.
