16. ONE PLAN FROM DAD

I went up to my room and changed to my training suit. It was a suit that was compatible with the powers I possessed. When I was about to exit, the phone rang in my room. I went back to answer it.

She only told me that Kyle’s not the person that I’ve always known him to be and then took off. Lina, I think I’m in more danger than I thought myself to be. I just feel that way”, he said.

I heard fright from his voice. I started getting anxious again, the feeling seemed to overpower me because I felt myself wilting on the inside. I sat on the bed and tried to pull myself together.
