It's actually a good story, no fast power up, good world background, interesting caracther except some clichè, but overall not the usual chinese novel, inapriacciated because of the translation, but it seems that now it's better so give it a try

Good story not just some stupid revenge or power fantasy. The character has some good development and the world building is pretty well done the author doesn't try to bee super smart and scientific wich is good because those kind of storys are often deeply flawed simply because the authors often have no actual idea about science and you just can't really unifie magic with science. The author avoids that problem by staying vague. Wich in turn makes the story seem fine within its own logic.

Still alive and kicking! Shitton of reviews has been written about what is going on in the novel, I'll just add somewhat some similar ones. Wmw and,age of adepts(dropped this one coz could not stop to compare to this novel...) or something are somehow similar, but this novel more slow and fleshed out. Personally for me it's on the same level as Reverend insanity.

Overall it is interesting as the author describes the path of a magus very carefully and a little bit too detailed but problem is with the translation. The novel seems to be hard to translate that’s why novices shouldn’t try to translate it but only they do it and it is terrible. This has been dropped 2-3 times and every time a translator starts they start where the previous translates dropped so you get lost when you read it. It would be good if a new experienced translator would start it from the very beginning.

this site is completely letting down the universe by not translating this amazing story, the world building has been so great so far, everyone was so ready for the mc to finally start on the path to domination but meh, better not tl it anymore, it's only the best fking story about wizards ever

Retard MC alert, as always you will always find some novel with retard MC with a lot of plotholes and no common sense, the MC in this novel is a retard, the character design is flawed and the battle or fighting plot or scene is the most disappointing in this novel.

Is a good story with a good character but it was forgotten. The current translator doesn’t post anymore but if someone knows a site that is continuing, if there is a site that is continuing then link it.

This is a great Novel, my favorite on this website but the Translator is always MIA. If he gave us updates on why he had to leave or how long till he returned I would not mind. The thing is he just returned after six months of being MIA, never even told anyone from what I have seen then does it again right after promising more chapters the next day. If he's hurt or something I understand, if not then could he at least spend ten seconds explaining whats going on?

Love it needs more updates translation there's a couple places that they say the same sentence over again. Character development is really good I like the background of the world as for the updates I'm not really sure because I haven't been reading it long

This novel is very interesting and something new to the site, which I would highly recommend for people to check out. however some of the terminology used is a bit ambiguous and doesn’t really convey the actual meaning the author intended and makes some parts of the story hard to follow. But apart from that the novel is great.

This was one of my favorite books to read glad the translators are back to work. There are typographical errors but it is still very readable, glad to have this great book back.

a very nice novel, that focus in world development, at start may be a little slow, but i think that this just help for be more inmmersive and show to us how little is the prota and how he will be growing in comparison. Its a pity about the updates, 4 months the last update, well actually im reading raws, and im satisfied with the argument, world, prota, and of course powers haha.

Awsome story but could you please get another translater this story has not been updated in moths and is far behind to the current raw which have over 1800 chapters quidian I know you guys know this so please put this as one of your top priorities along with the dark king both novels which have been shelved and that are very good

Can someone talk to any qidian translator or editor who can do us the favor of asking the qidian management if they plan to continue translating this great novel? or ask one of your translators friends if they want to continue with this novel? **: I do not speak English, I use the Google translator, if I speak English I would ask them myself T_T

I love this story about magic. I have read all chapter and I am creating this review to please ask for the continuation of this novel. The story is good and you have to read it.
