since i read age of adepts i been looking for related story and finally, i found this novel i hope this make me happy... wmw is good but is want new and i hope this satisfy me

This is a great story I really wish I could give it a higher review but do to only having 115 chapters translated we can not see much of the world background but what we have seen is fairly decent so far we have a good look at the main characters personality but it is still developing which is fairly typical considering he hasn't been a sorcerer for very long and at 115 chapters the story has not advanced very far but the translator has obviously put time and effort into each chapter and I can accept slower releases due to that however there has been no new chapters for a few months if a translator is quoting I would like to be informed and if this one did I am sad to see them go i know people have them a hard time but i would like to thank them for how much work they put into it i read quite a few novels and have dropped a few due to them just barely being better than a machine translation but this work is nearing a professional level I daresay that if you were to speak both English and Chinese as well as you write this you could be a diplomatic interpreter

It's really sad that this hasnt been picked back up yet, it is by far one of the best stories on this site but it seems to have been forgotten. So disappointing.

What is up with the release date, it's honestly ridiculous. Make a schedule and stick to it. I enjoy this novel but its hard to when there are no new chapters. Figure it out buddy

The novel is finished about half a year ago, and I have read the whole novel in Chinese. The first 200 chapters are quite boring, because in those chapters the author does a lot of setting up the world background, the MC characteristic/development, as well as the level system. After MC reaches level 3, the novel gradually get better and better. At some point, it even becomes the greatest story I have ever read (Include of tons of web novels, manga, western fantasy books, anime, movies...) Not like other web novel, the MC’s enemies are smart and have their own story/ viewpoint/ characteristic/ level system (I dont call them villains because they are not really bad characters. Sometimes the bad guy is the MC, not just bad, he is cruel because the theme of the story is war, war and war, and you know how wars work - the true wars: no mercy for the other side, no happy ending.) I dropped the books few times because the MC was too cruel, but I couldnt resist the attraction so I came back and read again, then drop again, then read again... it took me like 4 years to finish this book. I even like one group of the enemy (The Metal Destroyers) more than the sorcerers. The novel also has many other interesting support characters, and some of them are really impressive/unique. I hope that this novel will be completely translated to English so more people can enjoy it. I even hope that it is made into a TV series with special effects that is good enough to describe the novels. I will be willing to pay to watch it even if it is thousands of episoders, but it seems be like that very few people know about this book :’<

This story is so amazing I just wish the update schedule would get worked out its been a long time since this story had any updates. Please for the love of one of the few things in my life I truly enjoy update more consistently.

First of this novel is great the story is great the translation is... great? Overall it's great. So i ask WHY!? WHY!? Why did it stop translating and posting!? Please forgive my english. ... (SIGH).

I think im gonna have to give this story a solid 4 stars. It has good characters with low development. This is partly due to time skips but the characters have good chemistry. Romance is kinda forced but not too bad and no harem which I like. There's not a lot of world background but some assumptions can be made. This is a hidden gem if you can get past the garbage release schedule.

I dont expect this story to be really good. really slow and bit boring in the begining, but it continue become really interesting. good story development. I really like MC, just felt a little disturb about romance since I dont like romance in story like this. but its fine since the romance isnt really important here hope fast update huhu

Bro where u at ...... The novel is great and I guess I’m one of the few people who like it when the translator cuts through the filler chapters. So all in all this story is like wm but not dark and filled with the scientific bullshi t..

I have previously read many stories like this one such as Throne of Magical Arcana, The Wizard World, and Warlock of the Magus World. These types of novels are probably my favorite genre besides Sci-fi I’m glad someone has decided to translate these novels. Sadly Age of Adepts was recently dropped from what I understand and i wish some one would continue it. Enough about other stories though I find this one highly entertaining and it contains it’s own twist and turns. Thumbs up to translator for taking on this project.

Great story but is this dropped????? It was just starting to get good! It doesn’t seem as “evil” as wmw since the MC still has human emotions 😂😂 but overall great story just hope it continues to get released

I wouldn't read this at the moment since the translation isn't being updated. Take a look at something else imo, as there is some other good stuff on here to read.

Its a great sorcery novel. Development of the main character is steady, without abruptely constructed power ups. Hope to enjoy new chapters soon.
