The Uncrowned Emperor Kim Dokja

"You know you are becoming quieter by the day" said Dokja while driving

"Where are we going!? " asked Sae jin

"Treking ,It can help you clear your mind and freshen you up" said Dokja

Sae jin nodded and looked outside of the window.

They were nearing the mountains and Dokja had brought the basic treking equipment and they geared up and started climbing.

During the climb Dokja was having troubles but Sae jin would help him and they both climbed together after an hour they took a break.

Sae jin was sad but also felt warm now since his father was going so far just to cheer him up.

This made him a little guilty since he involved them in his trouble after all Dokja was very busy and couldn't just take a day off anytime.

"I'm sorry " said Sae jin

"For what?" asked Dokja

"For making your busy schedule more hectic and you have to do this instead of having the much needed rest" said Sae jin.

"Listen up son there is a saying

When a fathers shoes fit son's feet he should start treating him as a friend " said Dokja

"And here you are perfectly fitting in my shoes so I ask you as a father or as a friend could you tell me what's troubling you? "

"I-I " Sae jin struggled to answer Dokja

"Take your time and let me rest a bit too " said Dokja and leaned on a rock

"I kinda messed up I confessed to both Yuhui and Seonhwa and I told them I like them both and want to date both of them together now they are ignoring me even going as far as to act like I don't exist"

"Hmm the problem is quite big but not impossible to solve but let's leave it for later.... Tell me why you cooped up yourself inside the room instead of doing something in order to ease things up" said Dokja staring at Sae jin

Sae jin was embarrassed he didn't know how to answer that it's been his habit since past life if something gets hard for it he just let's it go and shuts himself in the room watching anime reading manga and stuff basically anything that entertains him.

Dokja stared at Sae jins expression and said

" Never run from a problem it doesn't matter if you fail.....if something happen your family can basically take care of anything that happens in Korea.....So what are scared of just make mistakes if the consequences are above your ability leave it to us.Me dad and your mom will take care of it. Listen Sae jin even if the world turns to you we will still be your side, you shutting in your room affected your mom very severely she is taking antidepressants sometimes or do you think some girls are more important to you than your mother." said Dokja sternly

"I'm sorry dad, Sometimes it's hard I don't get how to react to some situation sometimes I overreact in anger later I overthink things and I feel ashamed ....I am sorry i know i troubled mom a lot. "said Sae jin

" It's good that you know you troubled your mom and don't feel ashamed do you think someone is always watching you and what are you ashamed of for someone to judge you he should be on the same standing as you and in entire Korea no one holds same standing as you maybe the president and others but they don't have time to judge you" said Dokja

"If you think someone is judging you do they have right to look down on you?

No, there are none"

"Society is based on two types of people alpha's and the beta's the beta are the one who watch out for rules norms and stuff we are the alpha the one who leads the pack the one who sets the rule no one can judge us because we create bend and destroy rules to our liking "

"Whatever we do becomes and example for the society they try to copy us no matter good or bad so do the followers have the right to judge their leaders 'yes' but in reality do they have the ability to do so the answer is plain 'no'."

"So live your life as you want to be not the way society defines it for you to be "

"You are the uncrowned prince of this land what right these commoners have to judge you, so never feel ashamed you got angry that's your nature and some girls like it too" said Dokja with a wink.

"You know for a second you felt like an emperor teaching the prince dad" chuckled Sae jin

"I was getting in the feel too, if not for your last line I would have become a Chinese young master in 5-10 minutes " said Sae jin and the duo laughed aloud

Dokja got up took his bag and patted Sae jin and said

"Let's go son let's first conquer this mountain then your dad will teach you how to conquer girls "

His face now matched to an all knowing Sage.

Sae jin smiled and shook his head he didn't have the depressing feeling he had a minute ago.

They both walked uphill slowly but an hour later Dokja started Panting heavily

"You know you destroyed the super cool image in my mind you painted a minute ago" said Sae jin chuckling

"Emperors get old kiddo and they get tired too" said Dokja and not minding Sae Jin's jab.

"that they do but not just after giving the speech for the war and by the way gramps can climb more than you without getting tired " said Sae jin mocked Dokja whose lips twitched.

"You were better off depressed at least you didn't keep hurting my ego every then and there" snorted Dokja but he was glad that Sae jin was normal again and maybe he won't act like he did earlier.

Dokja didn't know that he had affected Sae jin's mind in various ways first being his own image from a kind loving doting father to a loving doting father and an uncrowned emperor who ruled the land.

He also stopped worrying for what people will think since it was somewhat true that he was the uncrowned prince.

Not to mention he vowed again not to run from a problem again also not to trouble to his parents ever again.

Now his mindset was changed to why will a prince care for the rule made for his subjects.

Even he had to overturn the government he will change the laws so that he can have an easy life marrying both Seonhwa and Yuhui.

A/N : Some people might think Dokja is making Sae jin arrogant but it's obvious even with all the standing and riches Sae jin was a little low on self esteem since in his past life he wasn't rich, it is easy for a poor to devlope low self esteem and he starts looking down on himself therefore starts acting to be accepted in the society so that he can't be looked down upon by others thinking he is being judged by the others So Dokja boosted his self confidence to new heights since there is no one on the same standing as him there isn't anyone who could judge him.

Dokja isn't brainwashing Sae jin rather giving him the best psychological help need and improve his self esteem. Jun also let's him see his charisma and unrestrained side to Sae jin which Sae jin hasn't seen before.
