105 Soul Evolution
The next morning, I woke up in my lover's arms and smiled. We were back home, in our comfy bed, snuggling up against each other.
I took a moment to reflect upon our recent experience, and came to the conclusion that, although fun, I would rather not have such high action adventures in the future. I'd prefer to keep things as is.
After lying in bed for a bit, I got up and went over to the window and looked out at the morning view of the city.
I do this every morning as it helps calm my nerves for the day, that and I also just like how it looks in the morning. Yes, it's also pretty at night, but I prefer the peaceful picture that the morning gives.
After a couple of minutes staring outside and basking in the sunlight, I moved away from the window and over to my wardrobe, which I got as a gift from Cythistia's mother, so I had a place to store my new clothes in.
I grabbed a velvet silk dress and threw it on. And as I was sorting it all out, I saw the ring Cythistia gave me glistening slightly and smiled. I brought my hand up towards my face and rubbed it. It looked a little dull so I would at some point have to fix that.
'Maybe I can polish it at work? Guess I'll ask when I go back in.'
I was given a few days break from work after returning, and I'd already spent a whole day just fucking.
Today however, I would be productive instead! And that began with my Soul Evolution, which is do after breakfast.
I woke Cythistia up and dragged her out of bed after a few minutes of tugging and then brought her down for breakfast also.
She begrudgingly followed behind me as I dragged her along to meet her family for breakfast.
We ate breakfast and I asked if there was a secluded private room on the state that I could use for something.
When asked what I would use it for I just said it was something for my personal growth. They didn't pry any further and just asked Cythistia, who was still half asleep, to take me to the ritual room.
"Mmmm, kay..." She answered sleepily before slowly shambling off to this supposed 'ritual room' that they speak of.

It took a while but we eventually reached the main hall of the manor, and by this point Cythistia had managed to properly wake up. She was still tired but awake nonetheless.
"Ahhh~" She yawned. "What do you even want to use this place for anyways?"
'To evolve my Soul.' I replied.
She stopped and stared at me for a second before sighing and mumbling, "Sure why not?"
I guess she's become desensitized to my antics by now to the point that something like this, which she would normally have freaked out over, is nothing anymore.
She then lead me behind to a door behind the throne at the end of room.
We went through the door and down a dark corridor that led to another door, this one however, was slightly dishevelled.
Cythistia yawned for like the tenth time today and snapped her fingers after closing the door, causing several flames to be ignited from fire bowls that were hung from the walls.
In the middle of the room was a white engraving, which I assumed to be the ritual circle that Kharinna and Lycerous were talking about. I pointed at it to ask what exactly this was used for.
"It's used for awakening our family's magic, I told you about it remember?" Cythistia reminded me, making me remember the backstory she gave me about her past, and that this was where encountered Efyos, the literal spirit of the city.
I nodded and went to the centre of the room and sat down, circling my tail around me while my lover watched from the edge of the room.
I opened my Soul Scroll and pressed on the [Soul] part, prompting the same messages to appear before me as before.
[Ding!]

I pressed [Y] and immediately fell into a similar state as to when I first met those two beings deep within myself, except this time, I didn't go to the same place, or more specifically, not as deep into my own soul.
I appeared in some completely white space with orbs of colour flashing and floating all around me.
I took a look at myself and saw that I had the same appearance as before, my body was transparent with only certain edges lined in a mostly demonic red colour, with a few orbs being a pinkish colour, a couple of white, purple and some blue in a couple of places also, but only faintly compared to the former two.
As for the orbs of flashing colour around me, they were the same colour's, except for white, I obviously couldn't see that here in this white landscape, in fact, I'm not even sure there were any flashing white orbs here.
Anyways, the rest of the colours though were easily visible and differed in size, with the sinister red one's being the largest, near the size of my fist, with the pink's coming in close second at a similar size. As for the rest of the other two, they weren't that big, standing at around just under half the size of the other two, with the blue one being slightly smaller.
If I had to make assumptions on what these colour's represented, I believe the red one represented my demonic origins, while the pink one was for my species as a succubus. As for the other two, I can easily say the blue one is most likely my newly unlocked spatial element, while I can only assume the purple one is related to poison.
I wasn't sure what to do exactly so I willed my body to move towards one of the floating orbs of colour, and luckily, I was able to do so which was a relief.
And the orb I went to was the purple one. I cupped it in my hands upon reaching it and felt that I could absorb it into myself, which gave me an idea of how this was supposed to work, but I didn't want to absorb this one in particular.
I thought on what to do with this specific orb and decided to see if I could combine it with another one. I figured that the best one to add it to would be the pink one, since it might boost my succubus' powers.
Gathering all of the purple orbs that were floating around I brought them together making the orb roughly the size of my head, I then went to do the same with all of the pink ones and it ended up being just over twice the size as the purple one.
I brought the two orbs together and placed them next to one another so that they were touching, with my palm placed on each one. Then, I closed my eyes and focused my will on making the pink orb absorb and integrate the purple one into itself.
And as soon as I started, I could feel it working, slowly, but it was working.

It took a while but eventually the purple orb was gone and the pink one had increased in size by about fifty percent. Happy with this improvement, I went on to dealing with the other two colours.
I first started by gathering them all into on orb each, with the blue on reaching half the size of my fist and the red one being slightly bigger than the pink one, which was rather surprising but I just brushed it off.
With all the coloured orbs now all gone except for three that now floated around me, I pondered on what I was supposed to do now.
And as I Contemplated on what to do, I slowly fell into a state of meditation, and unbeknownst to me, I began absorbing the power of the orbs gathered around me.
