Chapter 71
True Power
Patrick woke up. He stirred up on the bed and gradually opened his eyes. There was no longer pain in his body and he felt very energized and powerful. He looked around and saw that the place was dark. There were music instruments around and the room had a mixture of muntane taste. He knew instantly that he was inside of his brother s room. He stood up and stretched his body that felt light and his strength was radiating all over him. He was busy flexing his arms in front of the full body mirror when the bedroom door abruptly opened to reveal Patrick s father and brother. Upon opening the door, the loud noise outside entered the room and it made Patrick wonder what might be happening in there. Before he could even ask though, his father spoke.
"Having fun son?" His father teased him while Derek slammed himself down onto the bed and teased him as well by reminding him how much he was complaining about the pain yesterday.
