The answer is the 'level decrease pills'.

The system said to take them at least 1 week apart, thus I consumed them in 2.5 months.

The reason for that is 'If you take your pills all at once, you will harm your soul and body permanently and at worst, you will be stuck at -10 forever, your only hope being a treatment of a god of healing'

I didn't want to wait till I got that treatment, as Anar'aya might help, but I have no trust in her.
