CHAPTER 1.

I've always had this dream…

"You should be thanking me for telling mom and dad that you should attend school with me. Don't get cocky okay." My younger brother said with a smile.

A kind of sad dream…

"Yeah, thanks." I said bowing my head.

A dream where a lonely man…

"Humph, learn to bow lower than that." He said walking out.

Cried under a big tree…

"Yes." I said before walking into the hole they call my room.

And somehow…

*Ha… I wasn't even planning on going back to school.* I thought lying on my bed.

It hurt, and I always felt a tear in my eyes.

My mom died when I was 8 and my dad when I was 10.

I lived with my dads' younger brother who was a politician. He had two sons and a daughter. The first son was already in college so he rarely came back home.

His daughter was the same age as I was and the last kid was younger than me.

"I don't know what I'll be doing in school, might as well refuse to attend one cause…" I shook my head before lying on my bed.

"Good day sir." I said bowing to my uncle who didn't look up at me.

*Yeah expected that much.* I thought before walking out of the building and joining Taijo and Nene in the car.

"You should have gone on foot." Taijo said.

"Come on Taijo; don't speak to him that way." Nene said looking up at him from her phone.

"Yeah Yeah." He said.

The drive to school was a rather quiet one. I had no phone since Taigo broke mine so just sat on the seat looking out of the window.

"We've arrived." The driver said as we all got down from the car.

Taigo and Nene went to their classes as I went to see the principal.

"Oh, welcome, Mr. Ichikawa." He said looking up at me as I walked into his office.

"O-oh, Good day, Principal Nakamura." I said forcing a smile.

*Hope he has forgotten what happened last year.*

"So, I was told you'll be coming back, you don't know how happy I was when I heard that." He said smiling while standing from his seat.

"Ahaha." I laughed while moving back.

"Well, let's not talk about that now. Now let's talk about your class." He said grabbing a black mug.

*Seems like he's not really angry.* I thought sitting on a seat.

"Since you didn't finish last year looks like you'll be repeating that class." He said.

"Yeah, it doesn't really matter. Am actually kinda glad."

"Well, that's good to know. You'll be joining class 1-3" he said as I nodded and stood up.

"Thank you very much sir." I said before walking out of his office.

I walked through the corridor trying all I could to avoid meeting my former class mates.

"Yeah so he'll be joining you guys today." The homeroom teacher said as I raised my head while smiling.

"He's kinda cute."

"Yeah but is he really a high schooler?"

*Ack!!*

"W-well, I am." I replied, forcing a smile.

*Am actually 17, am just a little bit short.*

"Well either way, please make him comfortable." The teacher said before leaving the class.

"You said you're Ichikawa Wataru right? Are you somehow related to Ichikawa Nene?"

"And Ichikawa Taigo?"

"Eh?!"

It was time for gym class, a bad class on my very first day.

"Urgh…" I sighed before sitting in a corner.

"Wow, you're really good at this, Ichikawa-san." A student said to Taigo who smirked at me.

"Yeah, unlike some loser." He said as I looked away.

*I don't even wanna play along this time around. Am getting hungry.*I thought standing up.

"Hey, don't you act cocky because we are in school okay." Taigo said before throwing the basketball to me.

"Hmm?"

"Let's play."

"Hey, the new kid's facing off with Ichikawa-san!" Somebody shouted.

"Can I refuse?" I asked as he smiled.

"If you're too scared then you can, coward."

"Okay, I really can't" I said smiling.

"Who the hell's that?"

"I heard they were related."

"What a coward."

"That's weird"

"It's his choice isn't it?" A girl asked walking towards us.

"It's Uchida-san." A guy said as I stared at the girl who just came out of the swimming pool.

*She's kinda cute.* I thought as my heart skipped a beat and my face began to burn.

"H-Hinami-chan?" Taigo said as I looked at him.

*Huh? He look weird blushing.* I thought smiling.

"Hey, can't you play or something?" She asked.

"Huh?!"

"Are you bad at it?" She asked smiling at me.

"W-w-well, kinda." I said looking away as my cheeks turned bright red.

"You look little and cute." She teased.

"H-H-H-HUH?! Y-you shouldn't say that to someone you're just meeting." I said looking away, my cheeks still red.

"Hmm… your face is so red, nice reaction." She said smiling.

"Huh? What's going on?"

"Seriously, am getting confused."

"Hey, look at Ichikawas' face."

*Whoops.* I thought standing immediately.

"I'll be going then, see you later." She said smiling.

"Y-yeah."

"Um, Ichikawa-san?"

"I'll be going back to class." Taigo said.

*Looks like he's mad.*

"Hey, Wataru-kun." Uchida called walking into my class during lunch time.

"H-Huh?! How'd you know my name?"

"Let's have lunch together." She said smiling.

"HUH?!" The others shouted.

*KKKK…..!*

I stood up and took her out of the class and up to the rooftop.

"W-What the hell?"

"Hmm, was that a bad time?"

"N-no, we don't know each other. You shouldn't talk to me so casually."

"I knew it, you actually forgot me."

"Huh?"
