Paul didn't know that Edward had talked about him to Tanya and Kate, but he knew he would have to explain his powers if he wanted to live with the Cullens, especially because Edward and Edythe couldn't read his mind.

After that, Paul continued talking with Emmett and Jasper about various things that had happened in the last few years. After several hours, Emmett and Jasper left Paul's room because they were going to meet their brothers to talk.

Alice was still embarrassed for almost revealing that Edward had told her that Irina had broken up with Paul. After all, she was so happy when she found out that she kept looking at Paul. Her sisters and even Carlisle had noticed.

Fortunately, Edythe was able to talk to Kate and found out that Irina had broken up with Paul. So Alice didn't have to explain why she had been so excited. The other vampires sympathized with her, after all, waiting 12 years for a mate was unimaginable for them.

Carlisle was also happy when he found out that Paul's relationship had ended. After all, it would be difficult to explain to Tanya after a few years that Paul would be with Alice if they hadn't yet broken up. The relationship between the families could become complicated.

Alice told Carlisle and Esme that she loved Paul and that he was her mate. Carlisle was happy that Alice had found a mate but was worried because Paul was already in a relationship with Irina. Fortunately, he invited Paul to live with them as soon as he arrived at Tanya's house.

So if Alice ended up with Paul in the future, it wouldn't seem like he had invited Paul to live with him to separate him from Irina. Carlisle wasn't worried about Paul being in a casual relationship with Irina, after all, unlike his children, Carlisle had seen this situation several times in Europe in past centuries.

"Alice, it's great that Paul isn't dating Irina anymore. Now you can try to win him over as soon as we get to our new home, but try not to stare at him too much while we're at Irina's house," said Rosalie.

"I'm sorry, I know I could have caused a problem, but it was hard for me to wait for over 12 years to see Paul again. I still regret not trying to win him over in the past," said Alice.

"I understand, Alice, I can't even imagine what it would be like to be away from Emmett for 12 years, but you just have to wait a few more months. I'm also glad that Paul didn't start dating one of Irina's sisters, it shows that he's not like we thought." Said Rosalie.

"If Alice thinks that Paul is her mate, he must have felt something for her too. Kate said that Paul seemed to be distancing himself from Irina and the other vampires in the Denali coven to come live with us, that's why Irina broke up with him." Said Edythe.

"I hope so. Tanya seems to love Edward too, and he doesn't feel anything for her, so let's hope it's different with Paul." Said Emmett.

Alice became a little worried listening to Emmett. Rosalie nudged him for talking too much. Even Edward was uncomfortable when Tanya was mentioned. He really never felt anything for Tanya, and it was hard for him to say anything.

Especially after Alice had a vision that he would find her future mate in Forks. Edward didn't accept that his mate would be human. He would never turn an ordinary person into a cursed vampire like him.

Edward thought that his mate would be a vampire, just as Edythe met Jasper who was already a vampire when they met and fell in love. But turning a human into a vampire would be too cruel to the person he loved.

"Paul asked me why we're moving so fast, I said it was better to wait for Carlisle to tell him about Alice's powers." Said Emmett.

"I don't care! You can tell him about my powers." Said Alice.

"I know you don't care, Alice, but when we tell him about your powers, we'll have to tell him about Edward's and Edythe's powers too, and Paul may have to talk about his powers too. It's better if we're all together when this happens." Said Rosalie.

"Let's wait. I think he'll tell us about his powers. When I talked to Tanya, she said that Paul had already revealed his powers to the Denali coven. He'll reveal his powers if we talk about Alice's powers too." Said Edward.

After more than 12 years had passed and saw that Paul was still well with the Denali coven, Edward stopped suspecting him. He talked about it with Edythe and understood that this was a problem he wasn't used to - not being able to read someone's mind.

Edward had never needed to trust anyone before, after all, he could always read the minds of people close to him and could truly rely on those he knew were good.

Edythe, who was different from him, didn't read the minds of everyone she met and learned to trust the people and vampires she knew, especially since Edward could always tell her if someone wasn't trustworthy.

The Cullens were going to stay a few more months at the Denali coven's house so that the house would be lively again. Paul knew that soon the story he knew would begin and was excited about it.

But before he left the Denali coven's house, he thought about doing what Irina had asked him to do in the past. Now that his blacksmithing ability was much better, he had already created some katanas, at least he wouldn't be ashamed to give Irina a new one.

Paul didn't want to complicate the relationship he had already ended with Irina, so he was making several katanas for the vampires of the Denali coven. After all, he liked all of them who had lived with him for over 20 years as a vampire.
