Chapter 202: Finding the Jyuubii

Due to me being in the Naruto universe and changing the future here, Naruto may have been stronger than he was in the original storyline but lacked the diversity that he should have had if he would've became aware of the Asura incarnation and since Hashirama has been resurrected, I don't see that happening any time soon. Fortunately, the way Naruto grew up with my influence and teachings from his parents, Naruto grew his repertoire of jutsu through training, trial and error. The techniques were solid and well honed as he had an abundance of Chakra.

When I arrived, I found Naruto fighting it out with Jigen in his backyard. Naruto reacted naturally and stood his ground but was at a severe disadvantage considering where Jigen chose to attack. I flashed to his location, grabbed both of their shoulders and took them far away from the village. I telepathically called out to Minato, Hashirama, Tobirama and the others that Jigen had attacked. I told them to ready the barrier over the village. When we landed, Jigen jumped a little far from us.

Jigen: What?! To grab me unnoticed and take me all the way out here, you are far more skilled than I thought.

I looked at this man with profound concern and confusion as I looked at him and back at Naruto.

Sage: (At Naruto while pointing at Jigen) Is this 'mothafucka' serious right now?

Naruto snickered, shrugged his shoulders and shook his head at me.

Sage: How big is your ego to not understand how weak you are compared to me?

Jigen: Even though you should've died from my interference of the Yomotsu Hirasaka, your body's resilience is something to be desired. Even if you may not be compatible, you make for a strong vessel regardless.

Sage: You really are talking to me as if your shit doesn't stink. Hahaha, his denial sure is strong. Naruto, do you wanna continue and if or when you've reached your limit I could tag in?

Naruto: Sure. He pissed me off when he landed right in my living room. Hopefully I can get a full work out.

Sage: Watch out for the little things all around you.

Jigen: What, the both of you are not going to come at me?

Naruto: He really is trying to sport steel balls, huh Sage-nii?

Sage: (Sighs) Fine, if you don't move from your current location I will consider fighting along side Naruto against you.

I let out a burst of my aura and Haki. Jigen was pushed back far. As he tried to stabilze himself, Jigen spat out blood.

Sage: Yeah, Naruto will be fine without me.

I stepped out of the way and let Naruto step up. After a brief warm up, Naruto was ready to go but winked at me before he went to face Jigen. From Naruto's warm up I understood how much he has trained in the ten years that I was gone. Because of my existence, Naruto did not get access to the Asura incarnation through the progression of the original story, thus did not get access to the powers of the Otsutsuki, but in the search for me he also took a pair of the Otsutsuki eyes that I left with them. Naruto was able to master the elements the he should have received easily through the Asura awakening with sheer hard work and training.

Naruto gained access to the powers that should've came easily with the Otsutsuki eyes as a trigger. Naruto did not skimp out on the initial training I gave him so he had access to Ki as well as some cellular modification of the Gourmet universe food that I gave to him. Jigen finally made his way back and gave me a death stare that would probably kill a normal Shinobi.

Jigen: That was a good attack, but a far cry from killing me.

Sage: Ah! (I held my chest) Your words…You hit me right where I don't give a fuck. Also…(Looking at Naruto) You thought I attacked you?

Sage&Naruto: Hahahahahahahaha!!!!

We both laughed hard at Jigens words. Naruto almost fell from the sky. Apparent anger appeared on Jigens face. To someone who thought that they were superior in every way was being ridiculed by inferior beings.

Jigen: I guess a quick death is too great for you.

Jigen flashed from his location to mine and tried to attack me. Before his hand reached me, Naruto stopped Jigen in his tracks. I stared at Jigen with a grin on my face as Naruto threw him back.

Naruto: Oy oy, You're fighting me, remember? I won't stop you from getting easily killed if you attack Sage-nii again, so let's go.

Naruto and Jigen engaged in battle quickly soon after. After only a few techniques, Naruto displayed different elemental versions of the Rasengan, even one that looked more like a Destructo Disk. Like the other Otsutsuki though, Jigen was able to absorb the techniques, so Naruto strengthened his defense and attacked physically.

I already warned Naruto before but now it is getting annoying. Jigen has been flicking little rods at me and Naruto for a while now but my natural barrier reflects them away. As for Naruto, the Chakra surrounding him is enough but every now and then a few little rods get through. Naruto was pushing Jigen further because Jigen began transforming his body. Jigen got close enough to Naruto to grab him and take him into a different dimension. Although a little careless, Naruto followed along because he knew I would not be too far behind.

Naruto: A different dimension huh. Good, that way Sage-nii or I don't have to worry about anyone else or the surroundings. Seriously doubt you could hold us here though.

Jigen: Bluff all you want but me bringing you here spells your death.

Sage: Hey Naruto! Is this guy in serious denial or something? Or is he already in someone's Genjutsu?

Naruto: I think he's serious.

While in this dimension I sensed the Jyuubii that Jigen was hiding was also here. I pinpointed its location and flashed to it. I found it in a seal but it was insignificant to me. When I saw the Jyuubii I was just disappointed at the size of it. It looked small in comparison to the Jyuubii from the original story. I guess the years that Jigen spent with it locked up and him draining it from time to time, left it in this state. Either that or Jigen wasn't ready to let the Jyuubii grow yet since he hasn't been resurrected yet. I guess in order to cook it and have it continue as a source, I need to let it grow. Jigen and Naruto came a few seconds later.

Sage: Took you guys long enough.

Jigen: That does not belong to you.

Naruto: Sorry Sage-nii, he's still alive.

While Naruto was apologizing, Jigen used his powers to make a small bowl and lid into some big ass soup bowl and cover to trap Naruto within. I guess it was similar to Master Roshi's containment wave but without the wave. Naruto pounded on the bowl for a while but couldn't find the right spot to break free but it gave me enough time to obliterate Jigen.

Jigen: Now it's just you and I.

Sage: So, you have chosen death.
