199 Chapter 199: Delta Enters

Since the Sharingan I took were from Pain, originally Madara, there was no data backups of any Otsutsuki in the eyes. Even if there were, it would not have been more powerful than my DNA considering I had near full control of my cells thanks to Acacia's full course and the training I went through in Toriko's universe and since I brought some for my family, now so do they, with my help. I made sure to wash the eyes of Otsutsuki I took before I gave them away, that's why I was not worried about any of my family. In order to get Isshiki's original eyes though, I will have to get him to come out of Jigen's body but it's not like I need them, just a small addition to my collection.

I was walking along with Naruto while he took custody of Kawaki but made my presence small. I found it funny that Kawaki did not know what or who the Hokage is let alone who Naruto was. I guess other than being a vessal for Isshiki's revival no other information was needed for Kawaki, kind of sad. Even though I walked with them I walked outside of Kawaki's visual perception. Naruto was leading the way to his home, Kawaki was following and I was behind him, so when Kawaki tried to run away again by jumping from the rooftops I just shook my head. Naruto and I were already waiting for him when he landed.

Naruto: Yo. That won't be enough for a pre-meal exercise but that's enough. Let's go.

We reached Naruto's house where Hinata was serving us tea.

Sage: Thank you, Hinata.

Kawaki was startled when I spoke up. I laughed as he looked far more scared than surprised. When we sat down, Kawaki was on high alert shifting his eyes casually. Himawari came down to see what was going on and tried to peek from the side of the doorway, Kawaki took the opportunity to try to flip the table and run away but I held the table down with my right index finger infusing the table with Chakra while sipping on my tea, pinky out.

Kawaki: What the…

Sage: Rude little guy. Why are you trying to make a mess in someone else's home? (With a little bit of Haki) Sit.

I didn't want Himawari to get hurt so I stopped Kawaki before he pulls any other dumbass stunts. I know how important Kawaki is to Jigen so I wouldn't mind killing him but Naruto already took custody and I didn't want to disturb the balance they had built for the past ten years. Since the story progressed like the original, I sensed Kashin Koji in the area. I knew that soon after this some other people from Kara will start to appear so I just bided my time until they showed up. I call over Himawari and offer her some candy.

Sage: (To Naruto) You do realize that I can just check to see what he knows.

Naruto: But then, how will he trust us?

Sage: Even if he knows nothing we can just quickly verify.

Naruto stopped me from reading Kawaki's mind. Naruto felt some kind of sympathy for Kawaki despite not experiencing the hardship he had in the original story line to correlate with Kawaki's pain. I let it go because I am not the one taking care of him but I did want to help out Naruto.

Naruto: Come to think of it…I still haven't asked you. What's your name?

Kawaki: If you're talking about 'Kara', I am not a fellow member. I don't have any valuable information.

Naruto: No…I mean you're quite stubborn 'ttebayo. For now this is your home.

Kawaki: Cut it out. You're giving me bad vibes. What do you want from me?

Naruto: You were being pursued by those guys from that organization, that's why I'm saying that we don't know who they were, then we might not be able to protect you from them.

Kawaki: Hmph, so you're using me as bait in order to lure those guys…I doubt they would even go along with bastards like you guys though.

Kawaki was shaking while trying to act rebellious but I already had him locked in his chair. Boruto came home but there was not as much problems except for Boruto confronting him about why he was in his house. Through their little interaction Kawaki said his name. Since there was not much to say after that I said my goodbyes and went home. I told Naruto that if he needed help to let me know.

I knew that Isshiki kept a spare Jyuubi (Ten tails) in order to grow the Chakra fruit but kept it in a separate space according to Kashin Koji's memories. I needed to get the right member to read their mind and get the location. Unfortunately, Kashin Koji wasn't privy to its location. A few days passed, Naruto was helping Boruto and Kawaki train. With so many previous Hokages still alive, they can momentarily take over while Naruto takes care of Kawaki. Kashin Koji continued his surveillance but I kept quiet because it will alert the other members from coming.

A few days later the village was alerted about an intruder breaking through the detection barrier. I was already on the scene and awaiting the new arrival. I saw that it was a short woman with big yellow curly hair and a black cloak. She disturbed Naruto and his training session with Kawaki and Boruto. Himawari was there watching. Since she broke through the barrier, Naruto and others from the village were already alerted of her presence and location. I let Naruto handle Delta to see where he is in strength.

Naruto: Kawaki…she's from Kara?

Kawaki: That's Delta. A member from the upper echelons of Kara. She's one of the core members, who are called 'Inners'.

Delta: I know about you, Uzumaki Naruto… you're the leader who manages the shinobi of Konoha…the 'Hokage', right? It's such an honor that I could meet you, but…would you mind stepping aside for me? You're in my way. My business is with the kid behind you.

Kawaki: Watch out! Every last one of those 'Inner' jerks is a complete monster.

Naruto: Well that's too bad…Kawaki is our important guest. I won't approve of a suspicious stranger coming into contact with him.

Delta: Is that so? You're making me angry. I'll kill you.

I took out some snacks and started watching the show.

Boruto: Dad!

Naruto: Step back Boruto…Take care of Himawari.

Sage: (Through telepathy) Naruto, don't worry about the kids. Focus on the woman.

Naruto nodded in acknowledgement.

Delta rushed Naruto with a flurry of kicks. Naruto dodged them all with ease. Naruto grabbed her right leg and slammed her into the ground. At the same time he created a Rasengan to finish her off but Delta blinked with her weird eyes and the Rasengan was absorbed into her eyes.

Boruto: What!? The Rasengan!!

Kawaki: Seems like it got absorbed by those custom made eyes.

Naruto: Oh, those eyes are scientific Ninja tools, cute.

Naruto moved from his location and saw that a weird spike came out of the ground.

Naruto: So not only her eyes but her legs too.

Delta got up and removed her cloak.

Delta: That's right. I've got scientific Ninja tools all over me.
