Choices

Previously, on the last chapter of The Saiyan God. Kane decided it is the time to give Silver his weapon crafted by himself.

Silver has two choices, both have advantages and disadvantages. Both are great at some point and are not at some. But he only needed to choose one.

"So, which one do you like?" Kane asked as Silver stepped inside the Forge room.

"I will choose Soul Bound!"

"Very well..." Kane started a fire with his purple lightning, "You know, I have crafted a growth type on a certain kid because I'm also training him. As well as someone from outside Orario."

"I know that you are training another kid, but I did not expect you to train someone from outside, and a girl at that..." Silver replied.

"All I can tell you is that, the three of you are the most unique that I've found." Kane didn't say anything further.

After a few hours of quick work, Kane and Silver had finished the main weapons that Silver will use. Sword and Shield, Attack and Defend, Offense and Defense, Slash and Block/Bash.

The two are connected to each other, making them one but at the same time, they are not one. It's quite confusing.

"You will get to use it tomorrow. For now, take a rest after we eat, kiddo." Kane said as he ruffled Silver's hair.

Silver didn't particularly like nor hate whenever Kane give him head Pat's or ruffles his hair. He just ignore him most of the time.

After eating break fast, Kane asked one question that made Silver think of it that night, but left it and will find his answers the next day.

"Why do you truly desire?"

The next day, Silver woked up and quickly took a bath early in the morning.

Upon entering the dining room, he saw paper at the table. It has a message written by Kane.

"Foods are in the fridge. Also, no training today as it is Sunday, but you can try to use 'those' if you want."

"I guess, I'll train to use the real thing later." Silver muttered to himself.

Meanwhile, Kane had gone visited Riveria. But this time, he covered his face and just showed a glimpse of his face to the guards.

"Riveria, what do you think?" Kane suddenly asked.

"What do you mean?" Riveria was confused.

"Our relationship. What do you think? Should we reveal it, or not?" Kane asked while looking at Riveria directly at her eyes.

"I... don't know... I feel like I'm still not ready..." Riveria answered with worry.

"Very well. But, I think we should reveal it at some point. We should reveal our relationship once my adopted son reaches level 5." Kane said with a smile.

"You have a son!?" Riveria was shocked, she almost screamed.

"Correction, it's adopted son." Kane said.

"..."

"Well," Kane pulled out an item, "This item here is a magic tool. This tool can insta-cast any spells you know. However, you need to focus and make sure to send Mana into this staff."

Riveria nodded.

Elves knows many things about Mana while people started to call it mind due to circumstances when a mage overused a spell that drained him, will make him suffer of what they called as Mind Down or Mind Zero. And since people started referring Mana as Mind Power, only elves are the only race familiar with Mana.

"Goodbye, for now. Next time we meet, let's have a date somewhere no one can recognize us." Kane said.

"Okay! Bye... Da- Darling!" Riveria blushed but still carries her stoic face.

Kane used [Instant Transmission] and teleported right at Silver.

"Damn! Riveria is sure cute when she blush!" Kane muttered loudly.

*THUD!*

Then, a book suddenly flew right at the back of his head.

"What the?" Kane looked at Silver.

"What? I'm in front of you, the book hit you from behind, plus my back was facing you!" Silver retorted with slight annoyance.

"Wow. Now, that's strange." Kane rubbed the back of his head, "Anyway, you enjoying your weapons? Can you use Shikai? Hah! Probably not!"

"Of course, I can't! I'm strong enough yet... What happened to you, by the way?"

"Well... Riveria called me Darling."

"Annnnnndddd?" Silver emphasized while getting him to continue.

"And she blushed~!" Kane said, grinning like an idiot.

"Sooo?" Silver didn't care about his next sentence as he started training in his swordsmanship.

"She's adorable and very cute when she does!"

Meanwhile... A certain elf sneezed...

"If it is Kane, and he said something about me being cute, I hope he gets hit by a book at his head." She muttered.

And... Something flew directly at Kane's head, which is the book's target. Kane's body suddenly move on its own and dodged the incoming projectile. After dodging, he looked at where the book came from and saw nothing.

"Okay... That's very stra-"

*THUD!*

"Oof!"

Silver heard him, and with a deadpanned look...

"Really?"

"You can't just defy the great Author-san!" Kane replied.

"You're a god! Highest of the highest! Can't you at least defy him?" Kane deadpanned.

"Well, I can... But, I prefer not to... Here, let's break the fourth wall!" Kane said and...

OH SH*T!!!

Author: (-_-) "Really?"

Kane: "Is it wrong to bust through the fourth wall, no?"

Silver: "Are these... scripts?"

Author: ( >0<) "Oi!"

Kane: ( •o•) "Woah! These tools are top-notch."

Author: (+-_-) "Oi! Those tools are for repairing the 4th wall!"

Kane & Silver: "We know!"

Silver: "Oops! We gotta go now, or he wouldn't continue this fanfic!"

Kane: "Go first! I'll repair it!"

After Silver had entered back into the world, Kane finally finished repairing the 4th wall.

"Do you think he'll be okay?" Silver asked.

"He'll be okay! But we'll visit him next time after 2 chaps."

"Really?"

"Next time, I'll use Crazy Diamond to destroy the 4th wall and then repair it upon entering."

Silver only looked at him with a raised eyebrow.

"What? Nevermind!"
