Arduous bit his lips as he watched the woman underneath him writhe in both pain and pleasure as he thrusted hard and rough in her. Sighing, he shook his head and dried himself with a towel before dressing up with a maroon shirt and black slacks. He was already expecting that it would take him hours in that hotel with the woman he was with, that was why he made sure to bring extra clothes that he would wear for the dinner to avoid inconvenience.

When he stepped out of the bathroom, the woman was lying sprawled on the bed, still naked and dripping wet from what they shared minutes ago. Seeing her now, he could only sigh and shake his head. Arduous pulled away from her and looked at her with his eyes narrowed, "Stop it. I don't go to family dinners with someone, not now that they were pushing me to date someone for good. They might even think that we're dating if I bring you with me."

"Well, what's with it then? You know I see no problem if they think we are dating. And…" she snaked her arms on his neck once again and licked the sides of his lips, "You know we can make it real."

Arduous pulled away from her and walked towards the door, leaving Liliene standing naked and looking at him with her brows creased while calling him. Without looking back at her, he opened the door and stepped out of the suite, leaving the woman furious with his indirect rejection.

He wasn't oblivious that Liliene was after him, wanting him for more than what they were at the moment. From someone else's perspective, there was nothing wrong if he agreed to what Liliene wanted and dated her. She was a senator's daughter and a model, while he was a CEO and owns a group of companies, both at the right age, single, and could date whoever they wanted to. But he knew what Liliene meant about dating him, it was the same as any other women's want for dating.

She wanted him in a serious relationship, but settling down with someone and being committed in a serious relationship was at the least of his priorities at the moment. He was young and had just taken over the company four years ago and although he had already made his name in the business industry within those years and had all the things that he needed to to settle down, he was still not up with it for some reason. He was still enjoying being single.

Ella, his younger sister, with his mother were also pushing him to date someone for good, they were even ganging up on setting up a blind date for him. And knowing that his mother's friend would be with them at the dinner and even mentioned from the text that her friend would be with her daughter, he wouldn't be surprised if they'd set them up on a date.

With that thought, he could only shake his head and sigh. It wouldn't be surprising, it was always how they had been to him. He was just too patient with them and loves them so much, his family was the only thing that matters to him aside from the company.

Arduous thoughts were cut off when someone suddenly bumped into him, the impact was too hard and it was too unexpected even for him that he lost his balance and fell on the floor.
