Chapter 1: New body
Unai was having a pretty bad day at her workplace recently. Multiple typos on her report about the company's stocks with a few wrong words due to autocorrect, and boom! A demotion! So yeah, she ended up getting some of her bottles of Pinot Noir she got as a gift and went crazy. "One day, I'll get a good house, a good batch of daughters, and a wife!" said Unai. Promptly after, she hit her head on the table she was using, and she was dead. "Holy hell, where am I!?!?" screamed Unai as she moved anxiously around the black space. {The heck? There's a wall here, guess I'll try and brute force it.} [Unai hit the wall repeatedly until a crack shows] {Great!} She thought, {I can finally get outta here!} She tumbled out of the -prison-, and onto a woody floor. "Grawrgeh" {Huh what am I- HOLY F$&@ I'M A LIZARD!!! She crawled in a small circle before realizing she could walk on two legs. {Atleast I can still walk.} She attempted to examine her body more carefully. "Guwegh." {seems like I have a neat fishlike tail and hubs on my back. Neat, also opposable thumbs! Yeah! Hope I don't get periods if I'm still female in this body, though. Also purple scales, gotta note that.}
After thinking that, she immediately felt a pang of hunger in her lower area. {ah. I'm hungry.} She crawled over to the remains of the egg she tumbled out of. She visibly winced, thinking {do I really have to eat this-this-this pile of calcium and egg whites?!?!?} She closed her eyes and attempted to eat it whole, only eating a quarter of the entire egg. {Not bad, tastes like soggy, eggy chips.} She then proceeded to devour the rest of the eggshells.
[five minutes later].
"Well, that wa- am I talking now? Holy hell, I AM talking now!" Unai covered her mouth with her webbed claws. "Hmm... seems like since this body is weirdly accustomed for swimming, I guess I gotta find a place to stay in. Author's note: Next chapter has to do with water, as you have noticed. Doing as many chapters I can today, let's hope I can make as many as possible!
