Anna didn't know who Maria Kent was, but she just learned from Christy that Maria was a junior at the time she used to play, and now, she has been given a bench seat in her former team.

No wonder Christy spoke so proudly of her and didn't value Anna very much as she thought that Anna's days had passed.

The more Anna listened, the more she confirmed that her former manager was belittling her. 

This was so strange for her given how close they used to be in the past.
