A Perfect Disguise

“I adore you... I mean why won't I... You are so dumb and clueless, Haha...” His hands slid down my cheeks as he pinched my cheeks. “Hmppppphh!!!” I was barely able to breathe, his glares sent shivers, and my throat hurt every time I tried to breathe “Hehe, don't worry I don't enjoy playing with tiny bugs like you~” He tucked his fingers in my mouth and pulled out the cloth he stuffed in. “What do you want...” A dangerously cold shiver ran through my spine, though his face was covered, I knew this bastard was smirking... I am fucked... “Hehe... come on now sweetie don't waste my time... You know exactly what I want.” His deadly aura made me choke, and his sharp words demolished my act of courage. “Y... You will kill me even if I tell you what you want...” I have been abducted before, that's one part of the career path I chose, but this freak is insane... “True.” He said it as simply as if he knew every single word which would slip out my lips... “Then why would I give that to you?? Am... Am not any amateur who would fall for your fake mercy!” His eyes shined as the moonlight hit him past the dusky night sky, an unwavering result backed by a soul craving for blood. “Huh... When did I ever say anything about mercy...” A loud tick broke the silence and he pulled out a revolver from his back. His expression went blank the smirk that he put on was long gone, he is the master of blank canvas... “It has been over ten minutes sweetheart... And our investigation has led us... nowhere... So we need to speed things up, 'cause... unlike someone someone rubbing his butt on my chair, I am quite busy.” He cracked his fingers and proceeded to release the tension built into his neck by slowly cracking his neck. His slow marches thickened the air surrounding us to the point I suffocated with every single breath. His hands lifted off a massive bed sheet behind him revealing any man's biggest weakness... He kissed the tip of his pistol and looked dead blank in my eyes, “Now you shall bark like a bitch... or my baby here knows how to sing a lullaby.” It is a thriller mystery novel where the protagonist is on a hunt, and his blank heart and empty soul reject normal human emotions, for everyone is a pawn, a pebble that shall be stacked to create a perfect staircase for him to concur the tower which must have been his long ago. Hello! Am restarting after almost an eternity, so I may not be too good, but will surely try to improve. So please leave your honest opinion and reviews, and also a few pointers on how shall I improvise. Enjoy the novel... And try to guess who might be the protagonist, I hope I do my best to hide him/her from your creative minds.(Also the cover is made by me, so... Bare with my bad art style~)

Baiting The Predator

"Woahh!! Ahh... Hehe, what are you doing?" He wrapped his hands around her thighs and pulled her on himself until her soft buttocks rested on his chest. "Now that I have lost... What will my sweetie like to do with me?"

"Wait and watch..." Her sleeves slid down her shoulders. Light reflected off her sweaty skin, not a single body hair on her moon-like skin, her wave hair highlighted her divine figure. The dress slowly unveiled her twin moons, neither too big nor too small, magnifying her beauty by light years. Baby pink nipples, her arms crossed under her chest and squeezed them slightly pushing them in his face. His palms anchored her legs by her calf, "I always feel dazzled by your charisma..." He held a soft smile on his cheeks, and his silver eyes embraced her unmatched beauty, but what he loved most about her was not her perfect moons, or her mochi-like buttcheeks, nor her slender and long fingers... The one thing he felt first was her sapphire eyes... Piercing heaven through her gaze, fearless, tainted in courage... A joy-loving fairy he never thought would fall for him, alas the souls guide the wanderers to the thing they desire.

"Babe... I Love you... Soo much... I love you..."

His voice mumbled softly as his arms wrapped around her squeezing her in his embrace. "I never understood what is love... But you gave me yourself... I finally had someone to hold on to... Someone for whom I could get mad... Someone who means everything to me..." Wrapping herself around him she locked her legs at his back. Her face rested on his shoulder. At that moment they both wished for only one thing... The wheel of time, the one who surpasses the strength of any god, the only eternal thing... Please stop... Let us embrace this warmth, let us fall for each other over and over and over and over... Please... Let us be with each other until our breaths dim in the embrace of moonlight... Until our mortal bodies submerge in the same soil... Until our souls meet again in some other ball...

But the wheel of time is unshakable... Judging the gods, forcing them to run on its will... It never took a break, and it never will... The dark and empty death is the gateway to the new heaven you create with the one whom you love... It gives weight... Value to our lives...

Resting in each other's embrace tears glimmered down their cheeks, "I am so glad I met you, babe..."

"Me too honey.."

After a while they could hear someone knocking at their door, she rushed to put back her clothes, while he slipped into his robes and walked to the door.

"Yes?"

"Sir! Those two weirdos are causing lots of ruckus!"

"Hm? What did they do?"

"They are winning every single game! Like... Like no matter how much we try to change the outcome they somehow always win!" The man outside stuttered in fear, even if they were one of the top casinos around, giving out five to six million dollars on a single day, and that to a single man is not too cheap.

"Do you know who they are?" HE asked in a soft tone as he continued, "They are from SA.."

"SA? Who are they??" The man outside asked in a confused tone.

"Normal public don't know about their existence..." He sighed inwardly before seeing it was no use explaining this complicated stuff.

"Am coming... Take them to the VIP room, we shall continue our discussions over there, tell them I have some info on Elena."

"Ok sir, we will keep them engaged." The guy outside quickly rushed in the direction where both of them were still acing through every single game even while they were half drunk.

"What are you saying, Mhmm??" James asked the guy in a sheepish voice, his arms hung around a hooker while Andrew was snoozing on the table beside him with half a drink spilled on his coat.

"Mr. Elatha has some important information regarding Elena."

Both James and Andrew raised their heads on hearing the name Elena, all the dizziness vanished from their faces, and they looked at each other with a pondering gaze. James finally turned towards the guy and replied in a calm tone. "When will Mr. Elatha be here?"

"Just in a while, please follow us to the VIP room."

"Hm.. Coming.." Andrew and James quickly stood up from their place, leaving all of their coins on the table and walking behind the security guy.

"Babe, should we tell about them to Shadow?" She asked she got into her exquisite dress looking nothing less than a fairy.

"Yeah, I am on it Don't worry cutie, these are just his puppets we don't have to be wary of them." He stepped ahead and pecked her forehead while texting Shadow with credentials.

While in the VIP room, Andrew and James waited impatiently for Elathas arrival. After almost half an hour he finally entered the room, his arms wrapped around his baby.

"Greetings gentlemen." Elatha bowed them followed by his girlfriend.

"Greetings sir Elatha and ma'am...." James stretched his hand out to her with a charming smile, flabbergasted by her immense beauty and demeanor.

"Creola." She chuckled slightly and gave her hand in his. He pecked her fingertips before getting back in his seat. Andrew's jaw almost touched the floor by James' actions. Elatha chuckled before continuing. "What brings SA to our casino? As far as I can recall, we have never engaged in any of your matters."

James took a breath and continued in a stern voice, "Sir, we are here to investigate Elena, she was the sister of Christopher, who is the stepson of Mr. Bailey who is one of the ministers of the ruling party."

He nodded hearing his words, while he offered them a shot. "Yes... Indeed I do have some info regarding Elena, but we have to make sure we are not being watched... As you know Shadows men have been spying on us for a long time, as they had murdered one of their victims on our grounds... and the only reason why we were spared is because we were not in the city. And the info we hold belonged to one of our most loyal guards... He was mercilessly killed on the day Mrs. Elena was killed. He managed to hide some information he had obtained while his breath fainted in their gunshots." Elatha retrieved a small sheet of paper from the back of his pocket. Blood had dried on it, and there were a few holes, formed by bullets shot in the casino.

"Thank you, sir... You have entrusted us with such valuable intel...."
