Kill her in place of the maid?

Her mind felt foggy and giddy as if someone just hit her head with a hard wood. She was definitely loosing it.

Ariel?! That was the only person she was close to. She was like an older sister to her, she made her feel alive when she thought everything else were flopping around, and now Ariel was going to pay for something she has no idea of, just for her crazy selfishness?

That's silly. If he wants to get the truth out of her, at least he should punish her and not some guiltless lady out there who was trying to earn a living.
