15 Preparation For Birthday

"What you want for dinner?" Mahendra questioned her.

"Actually I am quite happy, that my stomach is full of happiness, this is the best birthday ever, thank you so much boss," Reva said while half jumping half dancing, her body is emitting happiness. Mahendra also gets contagious due to it and smiles stupidly.

"One of the great chefs in the world is going to cook for you, so I think don't miss the chance" Mahendra again tells her.

"Okay then just order some jeera rice and dal" Reva replied. She doesn't want to eat the food of any famous chef, she just wanted to be with her boss for a some more times, even if it some minutes still she is happy.

"Okay" her boss replied, and goes towards the kitchen, Reva see him tying the apron and realized he is cooking for her, Reva again can't help but fall for her boss more.

"Boss....you are going to cook?" Reva questioned, of course, she knows the answer but how can so many good things will happen with her today.

"Of course we are gonna eat paneer and butter roti, some jeera rice, dal, and fruit salad is that okay if you want sweet, I think I have some carrots at home, so we can make some gajar ka halwa, how about that?"

Seeing her not responding, he looks towards her, but to his surprise, she is crying, he doesn't understand what happened, and goes towards her.

"What happened Reva?" Mahendra asks her, he tries to find a handkerchief, but he realized he put that on the table outside while wiping his hands after eating the cake, he wipes her tears with his hands. Reva shudders when those beautiful cold hands touch her face.

"boss, why are you so good, so nice" Reva finally manage to say those words.

"it just some food and cake, you are one of those valuable people I have in my life Reva, this much trouble is nothing for me" Mahendra replied. And give her a glass of water.

"Can I make a request?" Reva questioned.

"Reva, today is your day you can ask for anything," Mahendra said with a smile.

"Oh, then will you marry me" Reva ask him while showing a white pair of her teeth, but seeing Mahendra showing a serious face, she just laugh out loud and said that she is kidding.

"I just wanted to eat gajar ka halwa for other things let's order, I just wish today, I .....I don't want to be alone, can you please accompany me" Reva at that moment already realized that she is in deeply love with her boss, she previously thinks that she is his fan, and also grateful to him because of the scholarship she gets to complete her education is given by her boss's company, also she is proud and inspired by him. But today she realized that she is feeling lots of more for him, she is in love with him, previously as a fan, she is happy if girls say that they love him, but now she wants this whole person for herself.

But again who is she, what qualification she has to wish for sun, when she is just a mere plant on earth, but for at least today she will have him for herself.

She remember that day, they make the halwa together, with the takeaway of shahi paneer and butter nan, after dinner, they take a walk in the garden while talking about lots of things, her boss even shows her his full house, after that, they watch a movie for children.

She understands why her boss chooses a film for children, one thing he considers her child, second he doesn't want to see anything romantic or ambiguous so that Reva might not feel safe, this is the best thing about her boss, he will never take advantage of anyone.

That night she falls asleep while watching the film, on the shoulder of her boss, she remembers when she wakes up in the middle of the night, she is in his arms, while she is covered by a blanket. She still remembers the kiss she steals that day from him.

Remembering those memories Reva has tears in her eyes, now she only has this memory, but soon she gonna meet him. But before that, lets focus on this life. Now she needs to prepare for Aditya's birthday.

Aditya and Aditi have a birthday in the same month, it just Aditya has a birthday on 3rd, while Aditi has it on 21st, Reva after lots of thinking decided that instead of throwing a party in the hotel, she will do it at home, she also decided that she herself will cook all the food for the party. This way she can save a lot of money.

There are still 10 days left for Aditya's birthday, this is enough time for the preparation. For the first day, she completes lots of work. On the second day, she cleans the whole home, thankfully Aditya and Aditi also help her. Reva indeed against letting them do heavy work, but it is good if they do some little work.

Reva tells them to wash their inner clothes, they also help her in wiping the things in the home, they also fold the clothes for her, sometimes they go with her to throw the trash, sometimes they help her by peeling the garlic, and also help her to bring things, they make their own bed.

Reva who grow up in an orphanage feels that it is important that children know some basic things, and children who work way more than this in their uncle's home feel this is nothing.

Anyway, on the fourth day, Reva started to try some recipes, finally, on the 7th day, she decided on the menu. She decided to cook pav bhaji with vegetable biryani, and for the sweet, she will order ice cream.

She realized that for this surprise party she needs to tell Aditi her little secret, so she tells her about her plan, when Aditya is taking bath, Aditi also gets very excited. Reva really finds it difficult to stop her. Anyway, with the help of her, the work of inviting guests is done. She decided to invite friends of them, Nabha, their neighbors, and the lady boss in the company.

So the next day Reva goes shopping, she orders the ice cream in advance, and the boy tells her that he will deliver it on the day of birthday. After paying in advance, she goes towards the store and buys the things she needs for decoration. She is not much good at that, but from Pinterest and youtube, she learns some simple ideas to decorate it.

She also buys a very beautiful dress for him, with that she also buys a dress for Aditi too, she also buys him a book as a present, after that she decided to order a cake, but if she is doing everything herself why not cook her own self.

But Reva who is overconfident with her newly learned cooking skills gonna learn a lesson soon.
