33 Chapter 32: First Impression

"Yoko!" shouted one of Kiri's ninjas upon seeing his dead teammate.

"Stay alert Junko, don't lose your cool, we are under attack" said his teammate,the only one in the group who had managed to dodge all the attacks.

"Damn it, show yourself a coward, fight head on" Junko shouted again angrily.

"Opss, looks like I overdid it, I didn't think that would kill them, my bad" said Rasa calmly as she showed off in his Iwa ninja disguise in front of Kiri's two live ninjas.

Junko and his partner tensed up as they heard Rasa and both faced him as they glared at him angrily.

"Iwa... You..." Junko was about to say something but was cut off by his partner.

"Look man, we have nothing against you and besides we already lost the chance to qualify, we are not a problem, here, you can take our number" said the ninja throwing his team's number to Rasa.

"Oh, how nice of you" smiled Rasa grabbing the number and looking at it.

'Drat!, a 21..., no good to me' complained Rasa mentally.

"So... are we good?" asked the Kiri ninja again, while Junko was still glaring at him angrily.

"Sure buddy, just one more thing..." said Rasa making Kiri's ninja frown in doubt, but before he could react, Rasa quickly pulled out a scroll from which a large amount of Kunais came out which he threw at full speed with the help of his metal manipulation against Junko.

Due to the short far out distance they now had, the Kunai pierced Junko without him being able to dodge or defend himself in time.

"Junko!" shouted the ninja as he watched his other teammate die.

"You!" .... Why, you already have our number and we are no longer a problem!" shouted the still alive ninja angrily, but he didn't move from his place, he was in a defensive position against Rasa knowing that a carelessness could kill him.

He couldn't understand how those Kunai took so much speed and lethality.

"Nothing personal my friend, but that partner of yours.... Junko, he doesn't seem like the type to let these things go. You're different aren't you?" asked Rasa letting him know that if he wasn't, he too would end up like the other two.

The ninja gritted his teeth and clenched his hands angrily as he glared at Rasa with hatred, but didn't respond.

"Hmmmm, too bad, looks like you can't stay alive either" sighed Rasa as he shook his head and pulled out a scroll again with a large amount of Kunais which he began to throw at Kiri's ninja.

"Water Element: Water Bullets Jutsu" the ninja reacted in time and forming a quick seal he threw a large amount of water bullets that collided with the Kunai.

However, the Kunai went through the water and headed for Kiri's ninja.

"Water Element: Water Clone Jutsu" he stamped again causing a water clone to stand in front of him taking the Kunai's attack and he managed to escape.

'Damn, those Kunai weren't even deflected by my jutsu, it just slowed them down' thought the Kiri ninja.

Rasa on the other hand just looked bored at the whole situation, if he really wanted to he could manipulate the Kunai to deflect from the clone and directly attack the ninja killing him with ease, but that would give away his manipulation of the metal as deflecting the Kunai at will was not normal, while giving them more speed and lethality was something possible.

"Well..., looks like you're a bit better than your teammates, too bad you'll soon end up just like them," Rasa said as he pulled out more scrolls but this time with all sorts of weapons shooting out at Kiri's ninja.

Kiri's ninja used a variety of water Jutsus in an attempt to slow down Rasa's attacks but ended up getting hit by the attacks.

"Ahh...!" cried the ninja in pain as he was pierced by several metal weapons.

He then collapsed on the ground bleeding.

"Well that was easy, three ninjas down from Kiri, the Tsuchikage will be pleased" commented Rasa loud enough for the dying Kiri ninja to hear.

Then he used Body Flicker Technique and quickly left the place leaving the three Kiri ninjas behind.

Moments later Rasa could be seen in her original Suna robes as she ran at high speed through the rocky meadow while searching with her multiple dust eyes for the next team she planned to face in order to get an even number with which her team could pass the test.

Rasa was satisfied with his performance as Iwa's ninja, he had even gone so far as to make sure that all the weapons that pierced Kiri's last ninja didn't manage to kill him, it was easy to slightly manipulate the weapons so that they avoided the ninja's lethal points.

Rasa had left Kiri's ninja in a near-death state, but he could survive.

'As long as no one else kills him' Rasa thought.

It was a possibility that someone else would find him and kill him, but Rasa had already observed this Kiri team before attacking them and had seen that they had a summoning with which they communicated with others, so he wasn't worried if he ended up dying, at least he knew that before dying the ninja would deliver the information of what happened.

And with that done, Rasa had completed the mission the Kazekage gave him, well, he still had yet to pass the second test.

But from what he had been seeing with his multiple gold dust eyes from the sky, most of the teams were still at each other's throats.

It was really a very bloody scenario where all the teams were killing each other.

Although most of them used to give up after losing one of their members and seeing that they no longer had a chance to pass the test.

But many were still fighting despite the loss of their teammates.

Rasa kept running as he searched for teams he could easily deal with.

He only planned to get an even number of a team and then run straight up the mountain with his team to pass the exam.

So he would avoid facing strong teams.

As he watched different teams fighting each other, he found the team of the future legendary Sannin.

He was surprised to see that both Orochimaru and Tsunade were currently facing three powerful ninjas from Kumogakure alone.

He also noticed how all around them were the dead bodies of 3 other ninjas from...

'Wait a minute, aren't those three of Suna's elite ninjas?!' was Rasa surprised to see three of the strongest ninja Suna had sent to these tests dead.

He knew that there were two elite teams that Suna had specially prepared for these Chunin exams, but it was his understanding that they were not to create problems with the Hokage's disciples.

'No..., from what the Kazekage told me, the council forbade them to kill the Hokage's disciples. But he could still confront them' Rasa recalled what his master had told him.

'So this was his plan all along... he doesn't care if he can't kill them, at least he can make fools of them in front of the 5 great ninja nations' Rasa understood what his master had been planning for these ninja examinations.

But it seems that his plan didn't go as he had intended, as all three Suna ninjas were dead, and as far as he could see the only one injured was Jiraiya.

How did Rasa know that the Suna ninjas confronted them... simple, most of Jiraiya's injuries were from the Suna puppets and he also seemed to be immobilized by one of Chiyo's many poisons.

'Though maybe those Kumogakure ninjas could manage to beat them' Rasa thought, without Jiraiya, it seemed that the fight between Tsunade, Orochimaru, and the three Kumo ninjas were pretty evenly matched.

Rasa was amazed at the strength of these three future Sannin, at only 14 years old they defeated 3 skilled ninjas at the Jonin special level and now they were even giving a fight to 3 other ninjas at the same level.

And it was obvious that they had not had time to rest after defeating the Suna ninjas.

Rasa didn't really care or was saddened by the death of the three Suna ninjas.

He had no relation to them, though he had nothing against them either, Rasa had simply accepted the fact that he couldn't save everyone, in a fight like this one was ready to kill or be killed, there was no right or wrong side.

'The Kumo ninjas should have taken the opportunity to fight them while they were tired' Rasa understood.

It was then that Rasa came up with a wonderful idea.

Determined to have some fun and take advantage of this great opportunity, Rasa ran in the direction of the Konoha and Kumo showdown.

'This will be a wonderful first impression' Rasa thought with a smile as he ran.
