5 P&P (Prepared and Planning)

It has been about a week since his first day in this world. Just a week. He already had the Thundertanium walls up, he had self destruct in place, and at the moment, he was currently hacking into a billionaire's bills.

Formatting a bill that looks exactly like a different one, he makes it a relatively small amount for them. By a small amount, he means about five thousand. He has done this to a few billionaires, and a few millionaires. It was remarkably easy. Except the guy that owned Chirper (which was clearly this universes version of Twitter), that one was a bit more difficult.

Setting up a wireless account, he had a card being sent in the mail, and it was scheduled to arrive sometime today. Pushing his chair back, (it slid thanks to the wheels on it), he folded his fingers together before pushing out, popping them.

Using his telekinesis to throw the blanket on top of the cage, he looked at Colosso.

"We're rich, buddy." Max mentions casually.

Colosso seems to tilt his head. "How are we rich?"

Max smirks, looking at his friend... kinda. This was Maxie's friend, not his, but he still felt a strong need to include him, and care for him. Probably an emotion and/or an urge that carried over from Maxie's time in the body.

"Because, Colosso, I have hacked multiple accounts of rich people and set up a monthly bill for about five grand each. By the end of the school year, I assume I would have half a million or so." He says, still smirking

"'Now why did I NEVER think of that!?'" Maxie asks, shocked.

"'You always thought that because you had your parents, you never needed to worry about money problems. Now, I don't need your parents' permission, or their money, to buy anything I want or need. I have a card coming in today, and I can always trade it out for cash if necessary.'" Max replied in his head.

"'That is genius!'"

"'I know.'"

Colosso shakes in excitement. "Oh my evil! We're rich! So, what are we buying first!?"

Max hears steps and holds a finger to his mouth in order to shush him, then turns around.

"What do you want, Phoebe? I'm busy." Max asks, acting indifferent. It had been an adjustment for everyone in the house, adjusting to a laid back, and a shaved head Max. Well, most of them. Nora took it in stride.

"Busy doing what? Having a tea party with your rabbit?" She asks, raising an eyebrow as she steps into the room.

"'We don't do that anymore. Colosso made it weird...'" Maxie mutters in their head.

"'Maxie, doing it to begin with was weird. Now, I have to hear what she is saying, just in case I have to adjust my plans.'" Max replies, once again in their head, as he tunes into Phoebe.

"-and now we are meeting at her house in a few days!" she finishes, excited. Max winces internally.

"I wasn't listening. Mind repeating that?" He asks, motioning for her to rewind.

"Really? Fine. I have been talking to this girl at school for a few days, and we get along so well! I already gave her my number, and now we are meeting at her house in a few days." She repeats, giving Max a look. "You cannot ruin this for me, I really want her to be my friend."

Max shrugs. "Why do I care if you make a friend or not? I have my own things to worry about. Why tell me anyways? I really don't care." Max replies, letting fake confusion show on his face, not that she realizes it's fake.

She scoffs. "You know, for once, I thought you could be happy for me. I guess that's too much to ask for, isn't it, Max? God, I wish I could have a better twin." She says, then turns around.

"Don't cut my walls with your elbows on the way out!" He calls out, having not been able to stop it. Maxie and his overpowering comments...

She stops swinging her arms, but does turn around to give him a glare before pulling her arms in, and storming out with her arms by her sides instead of moving back and forth.

Turning back to Colosso, he sees the rabbit cackling. "That was so good! She was so upset! I haven't seen anything that funny in years!" The rabbit keeps laughing, and Max just raises his eyebrows.

"Have you-" Max gets cut off.

"Yes, I-I ha-have eaten to-today." Colosso answers through laughs, having been asked this at least twice every day. It was strange for Max to ask about his eating habits.

Max shrugs, spinning then getting up, grabbing his backpack, and his skateboard.

"Where are you going?" Colosso, his laughs finally receding.

"To find a place to practice my powers." Then he sneaks out of the window, then starts skating towards an isolated place he had heard about from Tara.

~~Later That Day~~

It being Thursday night, he was expected to be back earlier, but he didn't care.

He had learned a grand total of, drum roll please!

one new trick. Just one. These powers were harder to handle than he thought. He had learned more control. By that he could use slightly more specific levels of his heat and freeze breath efficiently. He could also pick up slightly heavier objects with his telekinesis. He spent the entire afternoon on it, and by that, he meant he worked until eleven, and he was about to move into the 'Lair'.

Oh, his one new trick? He could use his telekinesis to push his freeze breath out just a bit more. Not by much, but he could use it to make his freeze breath go farther, or faster, even slightly, if he needed it to. Today was a good start.

Moving through his window, he immediately knew something was up. Colosso didn't greet him the second he heard the slight creak of the window, his computer was not on his screen saver (instead, it was on the password enter screen), and it was way too dark.

Sighing, he closed the window. "Wow, mom and dad, very intimidating. I am so nervous. I am very regretful of my actions." He says dryly, using his telekinesis to hit the light before they could. "Good try. But, that doesn't work anymore." Max moves further into the room, propping his skateboard up against the rocks.

"'How did you know they were there?'" Maxie asks.

Max answers simply, "'I pay attention.'"

"Max, we are-"

""Very disappointed in you."" Max cuts them off, then looks at them. "Get a new line."

"Sneaking out? On a school night? What is up with you? You never did this in Metroburg." Hank says, crossing his arms.

Maxie helpfully thinks of a memory, that he doesn't realize gets shown to Max. "Actually, I did, you were just too caught up in your fans and glory to notice. It was nice. Then we moved... and now here we are." Max motions around sarcastically, giving a sassy grin as he turns around, moving to his keyboard and putting the screen saver back. Thanks to a small alert in the bottom right corner, he knew they had tried to guess his password, but failed. He could look at what keys they pressed after dealing with this.

Turning back around, he caught sight of an angry and flushed Barb. She honestly looked good like that... no wonder Hank married her.

"That... that is... you're... Hank?" Barb asks, flustered.

"He has a point, Barb. Maybe if we had paid more attention he would not be this way." Hank whispers to his wife.

"Okay." Barb whispers back, then looks at Max. "You are getting away with it this time, but from now on, we are keeping a closer eye on you. Next time you do something like this, you will be grounded, mister."

Max shrugs. "Okay, cool. Now, out." Max says, motioning with his hands to get them out.

They both allow it for some reason, moving out of the room. Then he has to follow, because that card should have come in already.

He checks through the mail, then finds one with his name on it and runs down his stairs, using his telekinesis to shut the door. He really needed to improve his telekinesis to the point where he didn't even have to use his hand, just his head.

Opening it, he grinned at it, then put it in his wallet. The first bill they would pay would be next week, and he could not wait.

~~Next Morning~~

Stepping out of his room, he walked into the kitchen. He instantly used his telekinesis to make Phoebe smoosh her banana into her face. She looked at him and glared. She would be angry until this afternoon, where she would forgive him and go back to how it is. Pheobe always forgave Maxie, and now she will always forgive Max, because she has no idea that they are now two different people, they just have shared a body.

Getting a bowl, he made some cereal and sat down at the counter, eating it slowly while scrolling on his phone. He was looking for any free language classes, at least at the moment. He could pay eventually, he just needed to learn a new language. At the very least, he needed to learn German. He wanted to know Wolfgang, sue him.

He was also searching for ideas, wanting to get ideas for inventions that would actually be useful to him. Along with searching for potential materials for his 'suit'. He wanted to be a vigilante at some point, in secret at least. Maybe he could come up with some sort of portal technology? It was worth a shot. However it would be expensive, and he would definitely need some saving up to do. Just in case he ever wanted to go to Swellview, or even New York, or visit New Orleans and spend time with the Hathaways, after the crossover, obviously. Possibly the Game Shakers too, or someone else if they are revealed to exist in this universe.

To his knowledge, at least, the only show groups that exist in one universe are the Haunted Hathaways, the Thundermans (which he is a part of), Kid Danger, Game Shakers, and Knight Squad. If there were more, he would find out eventually. And technically Knight Squad wasn't even this universe, it was an alternate one, but there was a crossover nonetheless.

Finishing his cereal, he stood up and threw his dishes in the sink before walking out of the door, ready to start his Friday.

~~At School~~

Walking into the building, he immediately sighed. He hated it here. Graduating the first time sucked, let alone having to do it a second time. At least he could make it fun?

He raised his fingers and discretely used his telekinesis to untie someone's shoes mid-step, then watched as they tripped, and fell onto their face.

Huffing in amusement, he moved to his locker and opened it, grabbing what he needed, then putting what he didn't need in.

He felt a tap on his left shoulder, then turned to look. When he saw nothing he turned to his right, only to be greeted with a redhead wearing a mischievous grin.

"Tara." Max greets turning back to his locker.

"Max." She greets back, then waits for him to shut his locker, then lean against said locker while looking at her to speak. "So, I was thinking, maybe you come over to mine and we can terrorize my parents?" She suggests, still grinning. She was aware that he knew who her parents were, and he didn't treat her differently, however with him knowing, it opened a lot more gates for fun.

He blows a breath out, then shakes his head. "I can't today. Trust me, I would love to, but I have to finish decorating my room. Not everything I would like is completely done, and I need it done."

The grin falls a bit. "I understand. In the meantime, any other ideas?"

Max thinks for a minute. "You think you could afford to order multiple gallons of chili, about twelve bucks each, for a prank?"

All Tara did was grin.
