Sarada looked up at her father with a hopeful expression. "So, Papa, are you going to stay at home for a while?" she asked.

Sasuke nodded, his eyes softening as he looked down at his daughter. "Yes, just for a few days," he said, a small smile playing at the corners of his lips.

Sarada's face lit up with joy, and she couldn't help but let out a small cheer. "Yay!" she exclaimed, her eyes shining with happiness.

Sasuke hesitated for a moment, but then he reached out and gently rubbed Sarada's head. She giggled in response, her smile growing even wider.

"Papa, can I ask you something?" Sarada asked, looking up at her father with curious eyes.

Sasuke nodded, his attention fully focused on his daughter. "Of course, Sarada. What is it?" he asked.

"Why is Nanadaime the Hokage and not someone else?" Sarada asked, her brow furrowed with confusion.

Sasuke thought for a moment before responding. "Well, Sarada, Naruto is the most suited person for the job," he said, his voice calm and measured.

As they spoke, their attention was drawn to Naruto, who was carrying Boruto on his back.

Boruto leaned in close to his father, his voice barely above a whisper. "Tou-san, you should spend more time with Kaa-san. She's been feeling frustrated lately, and if she cheats on another man, it'll be your fault for not having spent the night with her," he said, his words laced with concern.

Naruto's eyes widened in surprise, and he leaned in closer to his son. "Who told you about this, Boruto? You're still young," he whispered, his voice filled with curiosity.

Boruto shrugged, his eyes fixed on his father's face. "It's just something I heard. But it's probably true, so you should spend more time with her," he whispered back.

Naruto nodded, his expression serious. "I'll try," he said, his voice barely above a whisper.

Boruto shook his head, a small frown forming on his lips. "No, Tou-san, you need to do it, not just try," he said, his words firm and unwavering.

Naruto sighed, his shoulders slumping in defeat. "Okay, I'll do it," he said, his voice barely audible.

Boruto smiled, his eyes lighting up with excitement. "Great! Is there anything else you want to ask me?" he asked, his voice eager.

Naruto thought for a moment before speaking. "Why are you taking people's eyes, Boruto? That's not right," he said, his voice filled with concern.

Boruto shrugged, his expression nonchalant. "Because it would be a waste if I didn't take them. These are human eyes with power," he said, his voice confident and sure.

Naruto shook his head, his eyes filled with disappointment. "Boruto, taking people's eyes is not right. You shouldn't do it," he said, his voice firm and unwavering.

Boruto's face fell, and he looked down at the ground. "I can't promise that I won't do it again, but I'll try," he said, his voice barely audible.

Naruto shook his head again, his eyes fixed on his son's face. "No, Boruto, you will not take people's eyes. Promise me that you won't do it again," he said, using Boruto's own words against him.

Boruto sighed, a small smirk forming on his lips. "Alright, I promise that I won't take people's eyes," he said, but in his mind, he added, 'People only. I can still take alien eyes.'

Boruto turned his head and flashed a charming smile at Sarada, causing her to blush slightly. He then turned to Sasuke and asked him a question that caught everyone off guard.

"Sasuke-san, your first kiss was with my dad, right?" Boruto said, his tone playful and teasing.

Sasuke's expression remained stoic as he replied, "No, it wasn't."

Naruto's face turned bright red with embarrassment. "Boruto, how do you know about that?" he asked, trying to change the subject.

"Kurama-san told me," Boruto said, pointing the blame at the fox spirit.

In the mindscape, Kurama rolled his eyes. "Hey, don't blame me. I haven't told anyone," he said, defending himself.

Naruto groaned, his face turning even redder. "Kurama, how could you? You're ruining my image," he complained.

Sasuke sighed inwardly, his thoughts filled with annoyance. 'This stupid idiot,' he thought to himself.

Boruto chuckled at the exchange, and even Sarada couldn't help but laugh at the situation.

Naruto suddenly remembered something important and turned to Sasuke. "Oh, before I forget, Sasuke. There's going to be a Kage summit in a few days. Will you attend it with me?" he asked.

"I will attend," Sasuke replied. "I need to inform them about what I've discovered."

Boruto, who had been listening intently, suddenly spoke up. "Hey, Tou-san, can I meet the Raikage while we're there?" he asked.

"Sure, do you want to meet him because you're a fan?" Naruto asked.

"Nah, I just want to talk to him about something," Boruto said nonchalantly.

Sarada, who had been quiet until now, suddenly piped up with a question. "Nanadaime, what is my papa's job?" she asked.

Before Naruto could answer, Boruto jumped in and replied, "Sasuke-san is the second strongest shinobi in the world and he's working as a Shadow Hokage, something like that."

"Papa is the second strongest?" Sarada asked in disbelief.

Sasuke, who had been quiet until now, finally spoke up. "No, I am the strongest," he said with confidence.

Naruto looked at him incredulously. "What? Since when are you the strongest?" he asked.

"Since I first beat you in the academy," Sasuke replied smugly.

Boruto, who had been listening to the exchange, suddenly interjected. "Objection! But if we're talking about right now, Tou-san is the strongest, even without the other tailed beasts inside him," he said.

Sasuke looked at him in surprise. "You know about Naruto's connection to the other tailed beasts?" he asked.

Boruto nodded. "Yeah, I made friends with the Four-Tails," he said with a grin.

Sasuke muttered under his breath, "That makes sense."

After a few minutes of traveling, they finally arrived back in Konoha. Boruto slid off Naruto's back and said, "I'll be heading home first. See you later!" With that, he disappeared in a flash.

Naruto still had some work to do, so he turned to Sasuke and said, "I'll be leaving you now. Take care and see you again soon." In a flash, he was gone.

Sarada looked up at the sky and took Sasuke's hand. "Can we walk around together for a bit?" she asked.

"Sure," Sasuke replied with a small smile. They began walking through the familiar streets of Konoha, taking in the sights and sounds of their village. Sasuke felt a sense of peace being with his daughter and walking through the place he had once called home. He was grateful for these small moments of happiness in his life.

Boruto quietly entered the house, careful not to wake anyone up. He walked through the hallway and headed straight for the bathroom. He needed to wash off the sweat and dirt from his training session with Naruto and Sasuke.

Just as he was about to turn on the faucet, he heard someone call out his name. "Boruto, where have you been?" It was his mother, Hinata.

Boruto turned around to face his mother and replied, "I was training with Tou-san and Sasuke-san."

Hinata walked out of the kitchen to see Boruto. She was surprised to hear that Boruto had been training with both Naruto and Sasuke. She was even more surprised to see how worn-out Boruto's clothes were.

Before Boruto could turn around, he quickly did the "Half Tiger" handsign, transforming his eyes into a bright blue color.

"You look tattered, go clean yourself up and we can eat together," Hinata said with a smile.

"Okay," Boruto replied as he made an "ok" sign with his hand. He quickly headed to the bathroom to clean himself up.

Boruto filled the bath with hot water and slowly sank into it, closing his eyes and letting out a deep sigh. His body was sore and tired from the intense training session with his father and Sasuke. As he relaxed in the warm water, his thoughts drifted to the recent battle he had fought.

"I nearly died in that fight. If I hadn't learned the Byakugou Seal, I would've died," Boruto muttered to himself.

He couldn't help but feel the weight of his responsibility as the son of Naruto, the legendary child of prophecy. He was just a kid with the Jougan, an eye that Momoshiki had warned would bring destruction. Boruto clenched his fists, feeling the weight of the world on his shoulders.

Suddenly, he heard a cute voice outside of the bathroom. "Onii-chan, don't stay too long in there, you'll get sick," his little sister, Himawari, said.

"I know, Himawari. But thanks for reminding me," Boruto replied with a small smile.

"I helped Kaa-san cook today. You're gonna love it, Onii-chan," Himawari said excitedly.

Boruto chuckled at his sister's enthusiasm. "Thanks, Himawari. I can't wait to try it."

But as he thought about his family, he couldn't help but feel a sense of dread. He knew that there were people out there who wanted to harm them, to capture them and use them for their own gain. He couldn't let that happen.

"There's no way I'm letting my family get captured. I'm going to kill everyone who decides to block my way," Boruto muttered under his breath.

As he spoke those words, his eyes turned a deep scarlet red. Unconsciously, he activated his Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, a power that he knew came with a great cost. But he was willing to pay that price if it meant protecting his loved ones.

Boruto was tossing and turning in his sleep, his body drenched in sweat. He was dreaming, but it was a nightmare. In his dream, he saw himself killing people for the first time.

"They are not innocent," Boruto muttered to himself, trying to convince himself that what he was doing was right.

But then, the clones he had created in his mind countered him. "Who said we are not innocent?" they asked.

Boruto's anger flared up. "Huh? Are you arguing with a person from another world who has learned many lessons?" he snapped.

Suddenly, the clones' images disappeared, and his original self appeared in front of him. "Good to see you again, coward," his past self sneered.

"What do you want?" Boruto asked, his voice laced with irritation.

"Ah, you don't miss yourself. This is you from the past. The one that saved you a lot of trouble when you were living," his past self replied.

"Hah? You also created a lot of trouble, and that got you killed," Boruto retorted.

"Haha, it's us who created that problem. Don't try to put the blame on me, myself," his past self said, laughing.

Boruto walked up to his original self and grabbed him by the shirt. "Since when did I put the blame on you, myself?" he asked, his eyes blazing with anger.

"Ah, look, I'm scared. Are you going to kill me?" his past self taunted.

"You think I will do that? You are a part of me, and I am a part of you," Boruto said, letting go of his past self and walking away.

"Even if you say that, you are still rejecting me," his past self said with a wave goodbye. "I'll be waiting."

The Following Day,

Boruto stood alone in the Forest of Death, his eyes glowing with a fierce scarlet red hue. He muttered the word "Susano'o" under his breath, and suddenly, the powerful technique enveloped his body.

But to Boruto's disappointment, the Susanoo that appeared was only a skeleton body with one skeletal arm. He gritted his teeth in frustration, determined to improve his skills.

"If Sasuke can keep improving his Susanoo in a short period of time, then I can too with my stupid amount of potential," Boruto thought to himself.

Suddenly, a clone of himself appeared before him, moving at lightning speed and blitzing him before he could react. The clone destroyed Boruto's Susanoo with ease, leaving him feeling defeated.

"Your Susanoo is too weak, original," the clone said with a smile, his body glowing with a green aura and his eyes still a fierce scarlet red.

For the next few days, Boruto trained with an intensity he had never known before. He was determined to improve his Susanoo and become stronger than ever before. Every day, he pushed himself harder, refining his technique and honing his skills. And slowly but surely, he began to see progress. His Susanoo grew stronger, more powerful, and more formidable than ever before. And with each passing day, Boruto knew that he was one step closer to achieving his ultimate goal.
