Lena was surprised because if you leave her daughter, no one visits her. She found herself turning and looking at Arya who also looked at her mother with a questioning eye, but before they could ask each other who could it be, a girl who was walking with a very slow pace entered in the hospital ward, she took off her glasses and smile happy

"Aunt, it's been a long time" Lilian said while placing flowers on the table next to the bed. Then she looked at her as she walked into the room.

"This room is very bad, cousin. Why can't you take aunt to a good hospital?" said Lilian in a sarcastic manner while looking at Arya, who all that time tried to control her anger. But after Lilian spoke rudely, she found herself getting up and grabbing Lilian. Then she grabbed the rude girl's hand angrily.

"Lilian, get out of here right now!!?" Arya's eyes turning red with anger and even her face got red, too. She didn't want to see this one who pretended to be a friend then at the end of the day betrayed her shamelessly. While all that was going on, Lena, who was sitting on the bed, got up fearfully and went to stop her daughter

"Arya, Lilian, why are you arguing? You are friends!" said Lena while taking Arya's hand off of Lilian.

"But mam..." before Arya could explain anything, Lilian opened her handbag and took out a card. Then she gave it to Lena, who is Arya's mother "I know that you hate me because Vini loves me and has decided to leave you," Lilian sighed. "But that's not my fault, our hearts have already fallen in love and this is an invitation card for our engagement party. You're both welcome to attend." said Lilian while looking at Arya with a mocking look.

"What's going on!?" asked Lena as she looked at the card. She couldn't believe what she was seeing, her hands were shaking but she was internally reassuring herself that none of it was true! It would sure to be just a joke, "Lilian, you're joking, right?" Lena asked as she looked at Lilian with hope while praying to God that it would not be as she expected

"Do I sound like I'm kidding? Arya, why don't you tell aunt that Vini has abandoned you like she was abandoned by your father?" said Lilian while smiling derisively.

"Lilian watch your mouth!" Lena warned angrily.

Arya wanted to hit Lilian but at that time her mother's health was more important "Mom, calm down, you shouldn't be upset. Let's go and you can rest in bed."

"No!" Lena quickly approached Lilian and then looked at her with a very enraged gaze. Then she raised her hand and slapped her niece, who was extremely shocked by what just happened.
