The Dragon kin are ridiculously powerful looking similar to lizard kin meaning mostly human but with scales here and there as well as a tail but the males are naturally more muscular and domineering radiating power and the females are naturally curvaceous but muscular and have wings both have their signature glowing eyes they could easily overpower other races and dominate the planet were it not for their low birth rates which is not due to their fertility but their culture as it is not enough for a male to handsome or strong he must have wealth and depending on the female he is pursuing his hoard can either have rare books, art, gold etc a harem is acceptable provided it doesn't cut into the share of the previous wife or wives and if he wants children the female must be subdued in their area of expertise in order for a male to prove he is worthy and wives can be stolen by superior males and his children executed to sevor their ties with their previous relationship if the new male decides to do so.

The last emissary although he similar to the male dragon kin was clearly different as he possessed wings while not impossible for a male it was rare another feature that set him apart was his dragon horns he was either a dragon half breed which automatically puts him in the ruling class or he was a dragon in humanoid form and was considered a deity for the lizard kin and dragon kin in the dragon theocracy which is really bad if he is a young dragon he probably wants to take Shalu for his harem which could start a war whether he succeeded or fails (not that he could) because it would most likely end in violence if he an older dragon he was most likely looking for a fight as dragons do like fighting or he is here for treasure most likely to just take it as they are used to just doing it as who would dare say no because they tend to think everything belongs to them even if it belongs to another dragon.
