Today, Ruth decided to prepare Edwin's favourite food for dinner. She tried to remember when was the last time he ate something made by her, and no memory came to her mind.

Now she knew she was just an average cook with no magical taste in her hands. Yet she wanted to do something special for him, to make him feel good. She was bothered by how he was living in stress these past days.

Besides, she herself had so many things on her mind. Sitting in her chamber made her brain overwork on them, and she needed a break.

To kill the two birds with one stone, she decided to hit the kitchen of 'the great manor' along with Thea, who was more than glad to help her.

Ruth suggested preparing the meal for all of her friends as it had been a long time since they had spent time together. Thea liked that idea very much, and Ida ran to inform Elsie and Lester.
