Body Cultivation(Part3)

"Yang Zhai, stop, that's enough." Tai Qi stood up and stopped Yang Zhai from going any further. 

The sun had set and It was already night. Around five percent of Yang Zhai's hair had turned white from different spots. The dents had increased from nineteen to twenty-two. His arms were swelling and so did his hands. His face had red lines below his face as if he was crying: however, this was the result of his training. Because he had punched the Brown Dacite so much that his eyes and ears had started bleeding, even his nose and mouth were bleeding. But, Yang Zhai did not care and continued his training because he knew that the Clan leader would heal him after he stopped his training, the reason was that he was needed for the final round. And this was an opportunity that he could not waste. 

Yang Zhai stopped after the Clan asked him to. Yang Zhai stabilized himself first and stood straight with great difficulty. Because of standing in the same stance for more than eight hours, his legs had gotten frozen in that position, and he was feeling numb in his legs. He could barely manage to stand straight, and his legs were trembling. 

This was the difference between a body cultivator and Yang Zhai. If a body cultivator had stood in the same position for more than eight hours, their legs would not have numbed. And Yang Zhai could even stand straight even without falling was the result of the training that he had been doing since he came here. Otherwise, it would have been difficult for him to continue hitting the rock like this for so long. 

Having the strength and using it were completely two different things. Yang Zhai's current body was not yet able to handle this much pressure, even though he had more than enough strength. He almost had the strength of nine bulls, which was more than enough for him, but his body yet was not able to adapt to that strength and was weak too. It was similar to how a person with enough practice could perform ten push-ups more easily than the one without practice who had more strength than the first person. 

Yang Zhai had been training his body since he transmigrated, but not like a body cultivator. It could be said that when he practiced, he had a mortal body. And now, he had a cultivator's body. There was a huge difference between the two. He could stand straight easily for eight hours without his legs getting numb if he had not been punching Brown Dacite, a mortal's training. However, punching the Brown Dacite had converted his training into a cultivator's training, and in return, his bones and muscles would get adapted to that stance automatically, which would increase his timing of standing straight without his legs getting numb. This was more rigorous training than a mere mortal's training. Of course, the results would be better. 

From today onwards, Yang Zhai will have to start his body training regularly and get his body cultivation on the right track. In this way, he would also be able to use the full strength that his body had been limiting for so long. 

His body had the limit to hold the strength of nine bulls before today, but his skin, muscles, bones, and veins were not able to use it fully. The reason was that even though his bones would not get so much injured after using full strength, his muscles, veins, and skin would. That's where the cultivation resources and the training comes.

A cultivator uses cultivation resources to easily increase their strength, but training makes a cultivator's body adapt to this strength. Is my body good for body cultivation?"

Yang Zhai took all the Ka that Tai Qi gave him, except for the Earth Skin Ka. 

"Why are you not picking up the Earth Skin Ka?" Tai Qi asked after seeing that Yang Zhai did not even touch the Earth Skin Ka. 

"It's because I have already used one rank 2 Earth Skin Ka given to me by Elder Zihao De. It will be useless to take another rank 2 Earth Skin Ka." Yang Zhai explained the reason. 

When Tai Qi heard this, he looked at Zihao De. Zihao De nodded in return. 

"Very good, that means I can't give you this rank 2 Earth Skin Ka as it will be useless to you, but I must fulfill my promise. Tell me, if you want any other Ka in return."

Yang Zhai thought for a moment before saying, 

"Yes, clan leader, you can give me a rank 2 Earth Burial Ka. It will be very useful." 

"Earth Burial Ka? A Ka, that can help a cultivator dig up pits and can also help in filling them up. That Ka is also not a one-time use Ka but can be used again and again. Nice choice, its range is also not small." Tai Qi nodded and agreed to Yang Zhai's request.
