Chapter one

The bell rang,it was time to go home. Parents were coming for their children, but she sat there waiting for everyone to go before she would go board the bus. She was only ten years,but she was so courageous enough to be boarding a bus at that age. When everyone was gone,she walked so fast to the bus station, and boarded one home. As she sat,a few minutes later,a boy and his mother came in,the bus was full so she gave up her seat for the boy and his mother to sit. The mother offered to pay the bus fare for her,but she insisted she would pay herself. When she reached her destination she got down and run home,her mom and siblings were surely waiting for her. Her name was Alma,she had three siblings and her mother was a trader while her father was a post office man,her eldest sister was Theresa, then her elder brother was Michael, then she was Alma,then the youngest Mimi. Immediately she got home,she took some hot bath,ate,did her homework then went to bed. The next morning as usual she took her bath,took breakfast then waited for Mimi to finish so they would go together. Theresa was 16 years,Michael was 14 years,Alma was 10 years and Mimi was 6 years. The seniors were on vacation so Theresa and Michael were home. They helped their parents in trading. Meanwhile at school, Alma got to school late because of Mimi so she was punished to kneel down. After the punishment she went to class,Alma was always mocked at school and always bullied but sometimes her brother came to her aid but now that he wasn't there she was going to suffer. After the lesson it was break,Alma bought noodles but then immediately someone threw it to the floor,she looked up to see who it was,it was Randy,the guy who always bullied her. Alma had used her last money to buy the noodles and now it was gone,she run to the class crying and Randy only laughed at her. Then very soon school closed, Alma went to pick Mimi then they walked to the bus station to board a car,they got home soon. Unknown to Alma,Mimi had always been telling her mom how Alma was being bullied at school since Alma never told her mom. Her parents therefore decided to work hard so their children wouldn't live in poverty. Her dad went to look for a job at a gaming company whiles her mom looked for job at the court,both her parents were well educated and had certificates. Fortunately they both got the job, her father was given a car at the workplace and so was her mom. Her parents built a new house. Alma and her siblings couldn't believe what had happened, their lives had changed at once. The next week Alma and her siblings wore new uniform with new shoes and new bags and their mom went to drop them at school. From then Alma wasn't bullied anymore,and she loved it.
