Currently, somewhere in the vast ocean a chase was being held between three big fish and one small newborn like reptile swimming for dear life..

"Just keep swimming.. keep swimming." Shin muttered exasperated from swimming over a mile now.

He followed the map shown by the system that lead to what seemed like a cave or crevice but he couldn't quite tell as it looked blurry to his eyes

'This is really hard to navigate...' He thought with slight annoyance.

As he swam he dodged every boulder and plant that was in his way almost bumping into other species of fish as well, a few seconds earlier he almost got snatched by a large crab with fur on its shell.

However, he didn't have more time to think as one of the big fish that were chasing him shot at him with super speed out of nowhere.

Shin felt his tail burn from the pain which urged him to move faster.

He was getting closer to the point!

The seemingly titanic fish notched up their speed getting ever so closer to shin.

"Come on! Shit my tail!" Shin yelled in pain as a literal chunk of his chubby tail had been bitten off like a snack.

Just up ahead shin could finally see what it was.

A small crack that lead to who knows where was opened against a large undersea volcano and he fortunately was just small enough to fit through.

The fish behind him however were too big to enter with him.

Shin beamed and darted with all his might as the fish were inches away from biting him all at once.

He could practically taste his escape right in front of him with his chasers practically tasting him.

The opening that he saw held a multiple sharp rocky spindles that were angled towards hthe outside.

Shifting himself, shin curved as he arrived at the opening with the creatures literally breathing down his neck.

Barreling inside he swam to a halt and let out a large breath from his small gills.

Shin turned around to see his foes were slightly too stupid to stop in time as they rammed themselves directly into the spikes that let out into the ocean.

Feeling relieved he wanted to rest and saw a little rocky platform underneath the entrance and went to stay there.

Glancing into the pitch black of the cave he took in a deep breath.

*gulp*

"I shouldn't stay here… but I really don't want to go back out there.."

He didn't know what to do and looked out at the ocean past the big fish still stuck and dead on the spikes like kebabs.

Tons and tons of creatures swam around some larger than him and some about the same size or smaller.

Even the plants in the water were deadly! What is this world?

Sighing shin looked back to the fish and decided to investigate.

He already started to feel hungry and if he didn't know any better he would assume that they would give him some kind of experience or power.

However, he didn't directly kill them so it didn't count apparently..

Swimming out past the glaring dead eyes of the titanic fish he checked around to see if it was safe before returning to them.

All three were very similar in appearance but with one being larger than the rest likely a leader.

"That's the one that bit me.." Shin said under his breath.

Swimming over he looked all around it and then pounced on it slightly nibbling it.

"It's tough.." He remarked.

His small teeth slightly bigger and thicker than a needle, eventually tore off a small piece of its skin.

For an accurate description in size difference, the fish is about as big as a regular football and shin being the size of a child's hand next to it.

The world for shin was ginormous but that was just perspective.. to him, but it was so much bigger.

Just from looking over each part of the information he was pretty hyped.

Shin sat quietly on the small platform with seemingly no thought or movement.

His now female self tried their best to comprehend the situation as best as they could.

He began to question existence itself, 'she' couldn't accept something like this.

"System, Why am I female.. Isn't Godzilla technically both female and male?" Shin asked with veins bulging on his tiny head.

Shin took in this information as the rotting bodies of the fish seeped into the crevice.

Shin looked up trying to find the top but didn't and sighed.

Shin shouted into the sea causing some small ripples attracting nearby creatures while Shin just hid in 'his' small bunker hole.

"Why do I have to be a she now? This suffering must end!"

Feeling depressed 'she' layed down by the rock once more beneath the pitch black darkness.

Shin stopped his sulking as he listened to what the system had just said.

He didn't know what just happened just then, the system had always responded in a lifeless voice only there for support or information, but this time it spoke in an almost girlish tone.

However, he soon looked past this as he heard some information he almost had forgotten with all this chaotic stuff happening.

'Ah I forgot.. I can turn into anything.'

Looking at the stats he saw the very next thing that intrigued him.

As he scrolled down, he didn't notice that he was now surrounded by blood and gross guts from those.. Cartica Fish.

"I seem a little weak.. but nothing I can't fix!" Shin said with happiness until he looked at the luck stat.

"W-wha.. Tf? How is luck at zero even a thing? I escaped from those man eating fish didn't I? Even got their corpses! How does that not count as lucky??"

Feeling a bit boiled he asked the system how to raise it.

"Huh I look pretty cool!" He said with a toothy smile.

Momentarily, he wondered if he had the 'thing' with her.

He could already feel the emptiness down south, but the picture confirmed it.

Cowering and looking down, he clearly saw a pinkish slit barely visible, but was thankfully partially covered by tough scales.

Almost shivering at the thought, he quickly began to move this fact into the trash bin and moved on.

Feeling quite excited to try everything Shin quickly skimmed over the rest of her stats and abilities she noticed at the bottom of the page the requirement to evolve any further.

"Bio-mass… System how do I obtain this?"

Nodding at this information he observed.

"What should I do now?" He wondered.

Looking around him he finally noticed the change in his surroundings and understood what he needed to do.

"If I'm to survive in this world I need to grow stronger… or just completely obliterate everything"

'Why am I even thinking like this I haven't even tried my powers yet and I'm already making quick judgements.'

'I should try to start normal but that won't exactly mean I'll be normal.' Shin thought with a toothy smile.

"Well then let's get started!"
